Billy faces the fallout from the expose, Victor makes Nikki an offer, and Lauren grills Ryder!
Ashley calls Victor's phone from the Ranch and leaves a message for him to call - she heard he's leaving town. Noah comes in with Nick and Abby - he's moving out. Nick and Noah head out to the car, and Abby hangs back to speak to Ashley. She tells her mom she's spoken to the staff about her dad's homecoming, but Ashley tells her he's not coming home! Abby is distraught when she realizes they're splitting up. Ashley tells her daughter that her reasons are personal. Abby is angry with her mother and says she's going to see Victor.
Nikki comes into Victor's room with some supplies. He tells her that he's leaving to go to a rehab place to speed his healing process. Victor asks her to come with him, explaining that he'll need the distraction of her beautiful face to get through it. She wants to talk to the kids first, and would only go to assist with his recovery. Victor says she's avoiding the subject of 'them' again. She admits that she is feeling a lot of trepidation about the idea of reconciling with him - last year he wanted her dead. Victor brushes off her concerns - he was just angry - he's never loved another woman like he does her. Suddenly, Abby bursts in and blurts, "She's the reason you and Mom are getting a divorce?!"
Michael and Lauren arrive at Jana and Kevin's place for the dinner party. Jana takes Lauren into the kitchen and they discuss the photo of Ryder as a child - there was someone else in the photo, but it had been torn off. Jana says Ryder got very defensive when asked about it. They plot what to do next, and Michael interrupts, telling them not to do whatever they are planning. Ryder enters the room, and Kevin reassures him that everyone there wants to believe he's a trustworthy guy! As they eat hors d'oeuvres, Michael wonders what's keeping Jeff and Glo, and Ryder compliments Jana on her cooking. She levelly tells him that the little hot dog things are from a box. Lauren wants to play twenty questions - she and Jana start in on Ryder - is he thinking of something dead? Kevin stares at them. Lauren explains that they just don't know enough about Ryder. Michael pastes on a fake smile as Lauren grills Ryder.
On the coffee house patio, Gloria and Jeffrey check out the new issue of Restless Style with Victor Newman on the cover. They read about Victor being 'the Grinch', and his excessive mumbling. The bank in the Caymans is mentioned, and Jeffrey wonders if Victor had insider information - maybe they could still be compensated!
Chloe arrives at Restless Style and sees the big cover with Victor Newman on the wall. She says to Billy, "I see you pulled it off!" Billy remarks that tabloid journalism sells. Mac then comes in, and angrily confronts Billy, asking, "What were you thinking?" Billy says he had to prove himself, but Mac rails that Traci made a wonderful gesture by donating Colleen's heart - and with this article, Billy has re-ignited the feud all over again! Mackenzie is unhappy that Billy thinks this is okay. Chloe jumps in and says it's a great idea. Mac says that's good, because Billy will need support once the Newman's see it! Mac leaves angrily.
Sharon lets Nick into her house - he has Noah's boxes. She asks where Noah is. Nick says he'll be there soon, and remarks that Sharon looks happy. She says she still feels the loss of Faith, but moving there has helped. Sharon mentions she has job prospects as well. Nick is proud of her. Sharon shows Nick Noah's bedroom. He's impressed, and they reminisce a little about Cassie.
Gloria and Jeffrey arrive at Jana and Kevin's place. They immediately drag Michael away from the group and show him the magazine - they say he is going to make them very rich again! Michael says, "The man gets a new lease on life for this?" Jeff and Gloria want him to get their money back. Michael says he's Victor's lawyer. Gloria wants him to choose between her and Victor.
Ashley, who has followed Abby, comes into Victor's room. Nikki excuses herself. Ashley and Victor both try to placate Abby, but she asks a lot of questions, saying the kids at school say Victor stole a heart from someone who he killed! Ashley clears her throat and tells Abby the reasons for the divorce are between her and Victor. Abby is upset that she and Faith will only have one parent - her family is falling apart! She says that she wants them to leave her alone and storms out. Victor confirms to Ashley that he's going to a rehab clinic. Ashley approves. He tells her that when he comes back he'll take an active role with their children. Ashley leaves.
Noah arrives at Sharon's house, where they look at the new issue of Restless Style. Sharon sighs and says she just took a job there - now she'll have to quit!
Still at Kevin and Jana's in the living room, Ryder tells Lauren, Jana, and Kevin that he has nothing to hide. Lauren demands that he tell her about his mother. He says he never knew her - she left him with Tom. Lauren and Jana wonder if she could be dead - and ask him for her name so they can find her. Kevin wants them to back off. Jana takes a call - there's a problem at the coffee shop. Ryder offers to go see to it. Kevin urges him to go - he needs to get out of there. After he's gone, Kevin lays into the girls about alienating his brother! Mackenzie arrives. They walk past the room where Michael and Gloria are hollering at one another. Mac tells Kevin she's there about Billy. Kevin advises Mac that he'll keep disappointing her - she should stop making excuses for him. Michael takes Lauren aside and says he just lost a battle for his soul - Gloria talked him into suing his boss!
Ashley and Sharon both arrive at Restless Style. Ashley slams down the magazine and says, "This is how you spent my money? Attacking the father of my children?!" He takes her aside and says Victor is the reason Colleen is dead. Ashley is well aware of what he thinks - but this decision will hurt a lot of people! She leaves, livid.
Nick turns up at Victor's room. He tells him that before he goes anywhere, he'll want to see this - he hands him the issue of Restless Style. Victor realizes that Billy had Jack's help. Nikki comes in and expresses outrage about the magazine article. Nick tells Victor that Ashley paid for Billy to acquire the magazine. Victor says she wouldn't have known about this. He decides they won't do anything about it - he doesn't want Abby to be dragged into another family feud. Nick says there's no way in hell he's letting this go! Nick leaves and Victor tells Nikki to stop talking about Billy - he then pulls out a show-stopping ring!
At Crimson Lights, Ryder serves Abby, who takes delight in telling him that she's a model who has been in Restless Style. She offers him her number, and he asks how old she is. She says she's eighteen, but Noah appears, saying, "Funny. Last week you were fourteen!" Abby pouts that she can do whatever she wants without worrying about the consequences - just like everyone else! Ryder steps into the back and makes a phone call - he says everything is going as planned!
As Nick walks into Restless Style, Sharon is telling Chloe that she came to resign. Billy steps forward and tells Nick that Sharon is there because she is working for him now. Nick snarls to her about her 'job prospects' - she says she knew nothing about the expose. Nick turns back to Billy and tells him he has 15 minutes to vacate the building, since Nick owns it!

Adam tells Nick and Victoria that he understands why Billy lashed out. Nick replies, "I'll bet you do!"
Billy confronts Deacon with photos.
Victor talks into a video camera, saying he's done things he's not proud of, but he has no regrets.
