Jack learns Kay's plans, Patty's double is revealed, and Billy gets a loan!
Billy orders a big scotch at Indigo. Jack walks over and says he saw the banker just turned him down. Billy is still miffed at Jack, but Jack asks him for details about what he needs money for. Billy says, "Actually, I'm going to buy Restless Style." He assures Jack that he's not trying to stick it to him. Billy explains what he's bringing to the table, but Jack points out that he's lacking managerial experience. Billy sarcastically tells him to have a pleasant afternoon, and leaves.
Ashley visits Victor in the hospital, where he says he is hoping to get out soon. She thanks him for not opposing her about the Ranch. He says the girls should grow up there. She tells him she had to move up the christening to tomorrow. He's taken aback - why didn't he know about this?! Ashley explains that Traci has to get back to New York, and she's the godmother. She adds that Adam is the godfather, so the Newmans will be represented. Victor says she sounds like she's reciting a grocery list - this is their daughter's christening! Ashley reminds him of all the things he did to her family, saying that Traci desperately needs to be part of something life-affirming right now. She says it's not about him and he needs to accept that and let it go. Victor asks her to videotape the christening, and then talks about a party afterward. Ashley is angry - he shouldn't be trying to put his stamp on this! Victor reminds her that he's the child's father. Ashley starts to go off about him dividing the Newmans and Abbotts. He swears that isn't what he means!
Paul runs into Nikki at Crimson Lights. He asks how Victor is doing, then she asks what he's up to today. Paul says he's going to visit Patty, commenting that she's completely cut off from reality. He says it's hard to see Patty this way, but he has to visit - his mother couldn't take it. Paul expresses regret that he didn't track her down years ago. Nikki urges him to stop blaming himself. Paul blurts that Victor came looking for her the night she disappeared, and says he understands why she stands by him. Nikki is taken aback to learn that Victor came looking for her that night!
A woman who looks just like Patty appears in Patty's room at the facility. Patty is happy to see her - she's been asking for her! The woman looks at Patty's face and asks what she's done?! Patty says she told her doctors that she would only talk to her - Dr. P. The woman says she often wondered what happened to her. Patty says she came to Genoa City to see Jack Abbott. The woman listens as Patty says that Jack changed, and proposed, and now they live in this beautiful house! The woman confronts Patty about her appearance - she wonders how she changed her appearance to look just like her - she asks who helped her to get the surgery. Patty doesn't know how to answer that. The woman tells Patty that she is divorced from Jack. Patty becomes agitated and argumentative.
Katherine and Jill come into Indigo and approach Jack - they need to talk to him about Jabot! Jill tells him she's thrilled to be back on the board at Chancellor, but she's concerned about Jabot. Jack says they're restructuring - Billy resigned and Ashley's on maternity leave. Kay says he needs some help - so she's reinstating Jill at Jabot. They will be equal partners! Jack argues that it's not an ideal situation. Katherine tells them to deal with it - starting now. She leaves. Jill tells Jack it could work - she loves Jabot too. Jack mutters, "In a pig's eye!" She asks to be brought up to speed, and Jill agrees with his choice of PR firm. Jack is wary, but pleased. Soon they're bickering, however. Jack gets a call and leaves. Jill calls the PR firm and gives them a press release - Jill Abbott is back at Jabot where she belongs!
Traci comes into the coffee house, where she encounters Nikki. She learns from Nikki that Victor is doing well and may be released soon. Traci abruptly says she has to go. Nikki stops her to thank her, and tell her how much her decision meant to Victor's family. Traci says it was the most difficult thing she ever had to do. Traci tells Nikki to think long and hard before getting involved with Victor again - he always says he'll change, but he never does - and he never will.
Paul walks into Patty's room as she is hollering at Dr. P. Paul asks what is going on, then spots the woman - his jaw drops! Patty introduces Dr. Emily Peterson, saying they were practically best friends. Paul realizes she was Patty's doctor, and asks to speak to her privately. They step outside and Emily lets Paul know that she is as bewildered as he is. She explains to him how she met Patty and began having sessions with her - she says Patty's life was sad, and she was very worried when she disappeared. Emily wonders what would possess Patty to change her appearance - and why someone would pay for it. Paul avoids answering her questions, saying it's just all so hard to believe. She tells him about seeing her own face in the paper with a list of crimes beside it. They discuss Patty's obsession with Jack, and Paul admits she was manipulated - by Victor Newman.
Billy arrives at Crimson Lights and sits down with Traci. He tells her he left Jabot, and a perfect opportunity fell in his lap - he's going to buy Restless Style. Traci's impressed - she thinks he should go for it! Billy asks if she'll lend him the money to buy it? Traci says she has to pass - she's concerned that he would be starting out in debt. She's sorry, but wishes him the best.
Billy hears Ashley yelling in Victor's hospital room. She is hollering at Victor to be humble about the christening for Traci's sake. Billy sticks his head in, and Victor tells them he's recovering - how dare they come there to argue - he throws them out.
Katherine is with Nikki in Crimson Lights. Kay wonders why Victor would have been tracking her down the night she left. Nikki mentions that he is divorcing Ashley. Kay says she always felt Nikki and Victor would be together. Nikki says it's scary contemplating a future with him - it wasn't that long ago he wanted her dead. She also wonders if Victor will feel the same way when he's better.
Billy and Ashley are back at the Ranch. He lets her know that he's pleased she got the Ranch in the divorce - Victor sat back and did nothing when she was having mental issues. Ashley hugs Billy - he's a great brother. Billy asks her for help to buy Restless Style - he says she's his last hope. Ashley happily says she'll do it - she'll loan him the money! Billy is thrilled, and promises to make her proud of him. She says she's already proud.
In her room, Patty takes her pills and primps as she thinks Jack will be home soon.
Jack enters Victor's hospital room, and is closely followed by Paul. Paul says there's someone he needs to meet - can his heart take it? Victor nods. Paul brings in Emily Peterson - Jack and Victor gape!

She turned on her siblings for TGVN, now she wants to throw his arse out with the bath water. If she can loan Billy Goat millions she could find her a place with no reminder of Vic since as she say 'he's destoyed her family'. WITH (why in the H311) would she want to be housed in a dark reminder ? Just plain STOOPID ~:
