The Chancellor family is rocked, Kevin gets one over the Feds, and Nikki and Victor unite!
Nikki is at the hospital reassuring Nick over the phone. Victor is with her. Michael arrives and Nikki and Victor complain that they're not being allowed into Summer's room! Michael says that there is an anonymous accuser, and that the court has taken temporary custody of the child. Victor barks at him to get them appointed as Summer's guardians! Nikki and Victor are beside themselves when Michael says in these situations the court hesitates to give the child to a family member. Nikki sobs, saying she could wake up with strangers and be taken to a foster home! Victor orders Michael to convince the judge!
Kevin and Jana are talking to Daniel at the coffee house. Daniel laments that his one idea - stealing the cell phone - didn't pan out. Suddenly, Aucker and his men come in with search warrants, saying the dead man's phone was stolen last night! Amber comes in shouting that their apartment has been turned upside-down again! All of the four provide the skeptical Aucker with their alibis. Daniel goes with Aucker to take a polygraph test - the others agree that they don't trust Aucker!
At the Chancellor Mansion, Billy and Mackenzie are canoodling. When Chloe walks into the room, Mac pretends to be angry at him and stalks out! Chloe smirks and Billy tells her that Jack turned out to be Sharon's baby daddy.
At Phillip's gravesite, Paul tells Nina that the blood sample Cane provided was a match to Jill, but upon further testing they discovered that the blood had been frozen! Nina gasps, "What?!" They start to put things together, and Nina says that at least now she has proof that Cane is a fraud. Paul doesn't want her to go off half-cocked, but she won't let Cane spend one more minute enjoying Phillip's life!
Cane and Lily are outside at the Chancellor home with Jill and Katherine for a barbecue. Cane urges Jill and Kay to get along for just this one day and hugs them both. Murphy comes out and Katherine muses to him that she can't believe such a wonderful young man as Cane has a mother like Jill! Pearl arrives to join the festivities, and Mackenzie, Chloe, and Billy also congregate. Jill discovers that Billy and Cane bonded over basketball, and Mackenzie excuses herself to go to the homeless shelter.
Inside the Chancellor house, Neil arrives and tells Katherine and Murphy how glad he is that she is okay. They head out onto the patio, where Lily tells Neil the news about the DNA test. Cane makes a toast to family, and finally having a home. Katherine gets on the phone about something after Clear Springs, and Jill rants to Pearl about what a witch Katherine really is! Pearl says goodbye to Kay and mentions Jill - Kay says she's been pulling knives out of her back for years! Murphy and Billy bond, and Neil approaches Katherine to discuss work. He points out how happy Cane and Lily are, admitting that Nina had him wondering about Cane. Billy, Cane, Chloe, and Lily look at Delia. Billy says he's leaving to go check in on Ashley. Lily tells Cane that Delia may soon have a little cousin. They hug and discuss how many obstacles they've overcome.
Nina and Paul arrive at the Chancellor barbecue. Nina walks straight up to Cane and asks where the blood came from?! Esther takes Delia inside. Jill hollers at Nina that she's lost it, as Nina explains about the blood. Jill calls her names, but she tells her to ask Paul! Paul confirms it. Nina demands that Cane tell her where Phillip is! Jill continues to berate Nina, but Paul says it's science! Nina tells him to go - it's not his battle. Murphy wants everyone to calm down, and Katherine tells Cane to speak! Cane anxiously looks at Lily.
Back at the hospital, Victor tells Ashley over the phone not to come down there. Nikki asks Victor what they will do if the court refuses them - he says they'll find another court! Nikki manages to convince the cop on the door to let her in to see Summer for a moment. Michael comes in smiling - the judge has granted them temporary custody! Victor tells Nikki that when Summer gets out of the hospital she should move into the Ranch and he'll buy her a pony! Nikki says that in light of the goings on at the Ranch - she should go home with her! She raises the issue of Adam, and Victor says that's a good point. Nikki says she'll give her maternal care, and that Paul will be fine with it. Michael reappears and says they can go in to see Summer now!
Billy arrives at the Club and goes into one of the rooms. He is followed by Mac, and they kiss. They discuss what the various reactions of everyone when they bring their relationship out into the open. Billy remarks that six years of foreplay is a long time, and Mac backs away, smiling, and saying, "Here we are." Billy approaches and kisses her, saying this time, no one will be knocking at the door!
Still at the barbecue, Cane tells Lily he's sorry. She shakes her head in shock. Cane then turns to Jill and tells her that he's not Phillip Chancellor III - he's sorry. Jill's eyes fill with tears. Katherine watches everyone's faces. Jill is in disbelief. Nina is upset and wants to call the cops! Cane says he didn't do any of this out of malice. He tells Jill he did this to heal her - he loves her. Lily says they don't even know who he is - he has lied to her for years! Neil says he'll pay for this! Jill shouts at him, asking how he could do this to her?! Suddenly, a voice says, "He didn't do it. I did!" It's Phillip III! Nina's hand flies to her mouth in shock!
Daniel returns to the coffee house having passed the polygraph test, but still down in the dumps about how to find out who the killer is. Kevin suggests that they all have cake. Amber gives him a strange look. He produces a chocolate cake and pulls the cell phone out of the middle!
In Summer's hospital room, Nikki and Victor watch as Michael tells her that Fen can't wait to go swimming with her! He leaves, and Victor tells Nikki she's right - Summer should stay with her and Paul when she gets out. They embrace.

As Neil shouts at Cane to stay away from his daughter, Billy shows up and punches Cane in the face!
Katherine is in a hospital bed, and Nina is standing beside her. Phillip is there and tells them that the first thing they should know is that the accident he died in - wasn't an accident!

and she's FAR from the bunny trail lol the only person she wants is billy. I'll even say chloe is far from the bunny trail as well even though i don't like her she does only want billy but she better look somewhere else because my boy billy isn't having it. Chloe's more of a circus animal anyways lol billy is her trainer she'll do whatever he wants as long as he shows some interest in her.
