Ashley takes Victor to task, Brad spills the beans, and Sharon surprises Nick!
In New York, Nick asks Brad what he's doing there. Brad tells him it's none of his business. Nick continues posturing, but Sharon says she can speak for herself. Nick says he's going to call Phyllis, and Brad tells him to ask her why he's there!
At Restless Style, Phyllis and Jack look at proofs from his photo shoot. Phyllis remarks that Nick and Sharon closed a deal in New York and they'll be celebrating. Jack wonders why she's not more upset about the two of them being in New York - she must be up to something. When Jack leaves, Nick calls saying he's still in New York. He says that Brad is there - and told him to ask her why he's there! Phyllis says she mentioned to Brad that Sharon and Jack are divorcing. She says Brad called the magazine about an ad, and she may have also told him that he and Sharon were working in New York. Nick says they're not done talking about this and they hang up. Jack, it seems, was lurking, and confronts Phyllis after the call, saying that Brad was also there when she arranged for Sharon to see his credit card statement. "This wasn't just my bad luck! You planned this!"
Rafe meets with Adam at the jail, telling him that he goes to court tomorrow. Adam says there is no reason to worry about a trial - Victor is his father and isn't going to let him go down! Adam is sure that Victor is only leaving him in jail to 'soften him up' so he'll rat on Jack. Rafe says Victor won't take calls about him, and is the first witness for the prosecution! Adam sighs and says they need to pin this on Jack - if Rafe sets it up, he'll get Jack to confess!
Heather and her colleague meet with Victor at the GCAC. They tell Victor that he was well framed for the forged diary, and they are glad they have the right man now! Victor tells them to quit blowing smoke. Heather says they'd like to make a deal with Adam. Ashley comes in and joins them, as does Abby - who is raving about a new horse that Victor bought for her. The ladies take a table and Victor returns to Heather, telling her she has wasted his time, and her own time, as well as the taxpayers' money. He says his son is now behind bars - and she's responsible. Heather protests that Adam lied to her as well. Victor accuses her of being a gold digger, but she says she didn't ever take Adam's money! Victor tells her if she is truly interested in justice - she'll nab Jack Abbott. He warns her that life has a way of catching up with you!
At the table in New York, Brad tells Sharon that Phyllis told him about her divorcing Jack, and where to find her in New York, but it doesn't matter how he found out - he would have found her anyway once he discovered she was leaving Jack! He reminds her of how much he's always loved her, and how they seem to always 'miss' one another - now is their chance! Sharon notes that he let her believe that they ran into one another by chance - she can't trust him! Brad says she knows him better than that, but she says she's had enough and wants to be alone. Nick reappears and Brad confesses to being an idiot - for listening to Nick's wife! Brad says that Phyllis has pushed him toward Sharon since the night she broke up her and Jack's marriage! He then proceeds to tell all!
Ashley and Abby discuss the new horse - Ashley thinks it's all a bit too much. Abby calls Noah and wants to go meet him at Crimson Lights. After she leaves, Ashley is joined by Victor. She tells him a million dollar horse is too much for a teenager! Victor smiles and says it's an investment. They discuss the situation with Adam and Victor tells Ash that he made it very clear to Heather how he feels! Ashley is surprised that Victor supports Adam going to jail. She asks how he can buy a million dollar horse for one child, and send another to prison! Victor says it's totally different - Adam committed a felony!
Still at Restless Style, Phyllis is telling Jack she's not responsible for the break up of his marriage, but Jack isn't buying it! He can't believe that she's in cahoots with Brad Carlton - that she'd let him torpedo his marriage. Jack says that given their history, she might have been a little easier on him. "I expected you to go for the jugular, but not for the heart!" All the while, Jack's phone is ringing as Adam tries to contact him from prison! Phyllis tells Jack she warned him to take care of his marriage, but he threw it away! She hollers that she used Brad to help protect herself! Jack realizes just how worried Phyllis has been about losing Nick! She tells Jack she told him to step up! Jack says he just needed time. Phyllis scoffs, saying all he does is tell lies. She wants him to leave, but he mutters that maybe he should test her relationship the way she did his!
When Nick and Sharon are alone. He tells her that Phyllis had no right to do what she did. However, Sharon surprises him by saying that Phyllis had every right to do what she did - look what happened in Paris! Sharon says that she was turning to Nick a lot - and she understands what it's like to have your husband taken away by another woman. Sharon says there is a desperation, but Nick says it's still no excuse. He asks if Sharon wants to hang out there for awhile, but she says she is ready to go back to GC. As they prepare to leave, Sharon suggests to Nick that he give Phyllis a chance - she just wants their marriage to work out. Nick says she'll have to trust him.
Noah and Eden sit in Crimson Lights. Noah tells her that Abby - his aunt - is on her way. Abby comes in and Noah introduces them. Eden says hello, but Abby barely acknowledges her. Eden is taken aback! Abby sits down and brags about her million dollar horse. Eden is stunned, saying, "Do you know how many people that could feed?!" Eden goes to get a refill and Abby tells Noah he has lousy taste in women. When she leaves, and Eden returns, she tells Noah that it's not his fault his aunt is a spoiled princess!
Heather shows up at the jail as Adam is bashing the phone down after getting Jack's voice mail. She says they want to offer him a deal. Adam again expresses confidence that Victor will get him off the hook, but Heather disabuses him of that notion when she explains that Victor wants to make sure that any deal they offer includes jail time! Rafe excuses himself so they can talk alone. Heather admits to Adam that she will hate it if this goes to trial - but if it does, she'll do her job! She says he should take the 18 months, or he may be doing three years or more!
Abby returns to the GCAC saying all her friends are jealous of her horse. Victor tells her that he would be very honored if, now that they're living at the Ranch, she would call him 'Dad'. Abby says that's cool, but then turns to Ashley, asking if she thinks her dad would have a problem with it! Ashley, clearly taken off guard, says they'll talk about it later!
After Jack leaves the magazine, Brad calls Phyllis. She asks him what he told Nick. He laughs and says he told them everything! She wonders why he would do such a thing. Brad tells her to never call him again, and hangs up. Phyllis then calls Nick's cell phone and Sharon answers. Phyllis asks why she is answering Nick's phone. Sharon says they are on their way home and hangs up!

I guess since he will be leaving the show getting shot will do him justice. He went alone with Phyllis in the beginning and now to turn the tables on her like this. Shame Shame.....
