Billy throws a Hallowe'en bash, Karen may spook Neil with her confession, and Victoria senses a ghost!
The GCAC is the site of a full-on Hallowe'en party! Daniel is a 80's era rock star, Amber is a 80's workout girl with a lollipop, Devon is a doctor with a huge afro and Roxanne is his sexy nurse! They laugh as Jana appears dressed as a cupid. She calls Kevin, who was waiting for her at the coffeehouse, and tells him she is already at the party. They speculate on who is throwing this party - he or she hasn't yet revealed their identity!
At the coffeehouse, as an irritated Kevin leaves to go meet Jana, Noah happens upon Eden who asks if he's busy right now! He says he's not and they take off together!
Back at the Hallowe'en party, Chloe, dressed as a prom queen, and Cane, in a leather jacket and wearing vampire teeth, arrive. Colleen is there dressed as a witch. Amber points out that her outfit didn't take much inspiration and Daniel says, "Play nice!" Billy, the party MC, comes down the stairs dressed as a punk vampire complete with blood on his lips, and welcomes the assembled guests. Cane turns to see Lily, the farmer's daughter, come through the door. Kevin comes in still in a regular suit and Daniel hoots, calling him 'Mr. Wall Street'! After Billy tells Daniel and Amber to enjoy themselves - there are no hard feelings. Kevin suggests they all drink a lot - since Billy is throwing the party they'll want to spend as much of his money as possible! Billy then corners Chloe, mocking her prom queen costume. They reaffirm their pact to keep Lily and Cane apart. Colleen approaches Lily, who tells her friend that it's easier if she doesn't speak to Cane. Suddenly, she gets a text - 'FallOutGirl' has a message from 'Sonny'! As they giggle over the message, which says that Sonny is on his way, Billy, who is sitting nearby, smirks. Kevin has donned a t-shirt that reads, 'I'm with Cupid', and stands next to Jana who is telling Daniel and Amber that she can hear the spirits tonight. Nearby, Dr. Devon and Nurse Roxanne make-out! Billy, meanwhile, approaches Lily and tells her that she seems to be dating her phone! They strike up a conversation and she tells him about 'Sonny' - he teases her that it will probably turn out to be a guy with a comb-over!
Victoria and J.T. arrive at Nick and Phyllis's house. Victoria says she senses a ghost, or was it just a draft at the door? As Phyllis and J.T. dally with Summer, who is getting in her costume, Nick and Victoria discuss their parents. Victoria worries about Nikki, but Nick says they should trust her. They talk about how Victor was never very involved with them when they were kids, and vow to do better by their own children. When J.T. and Phyllis join their spouses, Nick continues on about how Victor never seemed to make it home from the office in time on Hallowe'en. Victoria says she's sure if he were there now, he'd be the one pushing Reed in the stroller. When Vikki feels another ghostly draft, she asks if Nick believes in that stuff. He says he's definitely felt Cassie's presence before. J.T. says he'd like to speak with Walter Palin, and Phyllis says she'd choose John Kennedy Jr. Nick laughs and says, "I'm sitting right here!" Phyllis responds, "Oh, we'd talk about publishing - it's not because he's good looking!" They all laugh, then turn to Victoria. She says they all know who she'd want to see - Sabrina. Nick, Phyllis and J.T. leave with Summer, and Victoria stays behind with Reed. She feels another 'draft' and looks around the room, even asking, "Who's there?" Soon, the others return and Victoria says she is certain she saw a shadow of a woman when they were out! J.T. says they should get home. Suddenly, a candleholder bumps down the stairs on its own! It's the one Sabrina gave them. A shaken Vikki leaves with J.T. and Reed. Nick and Phyllis look at each other and he succeeds in startling her. They head up to bed and a shadow of a woman descends on a photo of Victor. Sabrina's voice whispers, "Victor."
At Newman, Neil runs into Karen in the break room, and shares some memories of Lily when she was young at Hallowe'en. Karen notes that he misses that stuff. He says he does, but that he is sorry for having raised the issue of having kids with her again. He has her in his life and he would be crazy to want anything more! He then suggests that they go see Ana in her costume later. When he leaves, Karen makes a phone call, saying, "I need to see you right away!"
Karen meets Olivia at Crimson Lights. Karen tells her how much it meant to her that Neil mentioned wanting to have kids with her. Olivia points out that Neil loved her enough to ask about it, then says, "How much do you love him?" They turn and look as, just then, Neil comes in and greets Ana, who is across the room dressed as a cheerleader. Tyra is there too, dressed in a blue wig. The handsome police officer that brought Ana back from the train station arrives. He flirts shamelessly with Tyra. She leaves with Ana and her friends, and Olivia also goes, saying she has work to do. Neil turns his attention to Karen. She tells him that she needs to talk to him about something - something that he deserves to know! She describes her mother's death and how difficult it was for her to go through the chemo and loss while she was in middle school. She then explains that if you are a carrier, you are 15 times more likely to get the disease. She admits that she is a carrier! She tells him that she could not bear to risk putting a child through what she went through as a girl! As Neil says they'll do more research, Karen stops him by saying that she had a hysterectomy! She cries as she says she never wanted to have cancer, or pass on the gene, but she would have loved to have had kids with him! Neil is floored! He compliments her on how strong she is, though, and assures her that he has already made a decision to be with her, and he stands by that! Karen won't accept it, however, she says he is just so nice, but he needs to really think about what he'd be giving up - she grieved already when she made her decision - now he has to make his decision. She kisses him and leaves. Neil grimaces.
Outside the Hallowe'en party, Noah and Eden, wearing masks, try to get past the bouncer, but are unsuccessful. They sit down on the curb, and Noah says he's just grateful the guy didn't call his parents! Eden says her father would understand. Noah then shares with Eden how Cassie died. Eden offers to listen to some new downloads with him. Soon, Noah says it's time to head home. Eden says she should go too. Noah thanks her for 'getting carded' with him. Suddenly, Eden gives him a quick kiss and disappears! Noah gets a slow grin across his face!
Back inside, Amber and Colleen have a run-in at the bar. Colleen says that Daniel will come to his senses and dump her at any moment. Amber responds by spilling a drink on her and laughing. Billy comes over and Colleen says she doesn't understand how he even looked at Amber! He tells her he's got bigger fish to fry - and so does she! Kevin is on the phone with Katherine, talking her through some computer stuff. Daniel laughs, saying, he is cheating on Jana with Mrs. C! Chloe watches Billy and thinks back to a time when they were together and she was happy. She gets up and takes a walk. Beside her, Lily fantasizes about Cane striding across the room toward her, telling her that he is the mysterious 'Sonny Crawford', and the two of them sharing a kiss. She snaps out of it, and suddenly Cane passes by and says hello. Nearby, Billy watches with a bit of a glare! Lily excuses herself in a fluster and Billy tells her not to leave so soon, but she thanks him and continues out the door.

Sharon and Jack hash things out some more. She tells him she can't count on him to give her the truth, and he says he doesn't want things this way!
Jill tells Katherine that she agreed to a thorough examination, and that she is taking the manuscript to the shareholders!
Nikki calls Nick and says that there is only one person who she thinks can reach Victor!
