Chloe makes an admission to her baby, Cane and Lily get close, and Jana reads the tarot cards!
As Nick and Phyllis come into the house from a storm. She asks if he thinks Sharon will be afraid of the big, bad storm. Nick groans. Phyllis asks when he is going to stop making Sharon the victim and her the villain. Nick tells her Sharon deserved fair warning about the Editor's letter, and this time, Phyllis is the villain! He says the letter was a low blow, but Phyllis claims Sharon would toughen up if he'd stop hovering over her. He tells his wife that he doesn't care about the thing between her and Sharon - it's all about Noah. Phyllis makes it clear she is sick of Sharon running to Nick. He says she didn't run to him - he went to her! Phyllis asks why - she has a husband, why not let him comfort her?! Phyllis heads up to bed and Nick sits at the coffee table briefly before joining her. As they kiss, she says, "I'm still mad at you." He replies, "I'm still mad at you too." After making love, Phyllis traces the letters S-O-R-R-Y on his bare back. He tells her that she's too stubborn for that, and she agrees she doesn't feel she should apologize. He swears his position on this is totally about Noah, but Phyllis feels that Nick has a compulsion to protect Sharon. He says he can't deny his history with his ex, but tells Phyllis, "You're my wife, you're my woman."
At the Abbott Mansion, Sharon overhears Jack wheeling and dealing on the phone. He hangs up and she asks him what that was about, warning him not to keep anymore secrets. He tells her he was planning a surprise, and wants them to get back on track. Jack tells Sharon that he let Noah go out, and she reminds him that he was grounded. Jack suggests the two of them going on a trip, but Sharon isn't into it right now. He wants to fix things between them. She asks why it's so hard for them to just love each other! Jack puts on an old phonograph that John had owned. Sharon loves it. They agree that they love each other very much. She tells Jack that he doesn't always have to make a grand gesture, sometimes it's enough to just talk. He says they always end up back at the same place. Sharon goes to pour them some drinks and they then begin to slow dance. It's short-lived though, as they begin to passionately kiss! After making love, Jack tells Sharon she's the only partner he'd ever want, they kiss, but when she rolls over, Sharon gets a distant look on her face.
At Crimson Lights, Jana accuses Kevin of being behind the moving of Katherine's car. Before he can respond, Daniel comes in, saying the storm is terrible - he couldn't turn around and go home! Just then, Amber appears in the doorway, soaked through and displaying a bloody kneecap. Daniel rushes to help her into a chair. Once she's fixed up, Daniel tells Jana and Kevin that Amber acts afraid during storms. Jana laments that they burned the Ouija board. Kevin says they're well rid of it, but inadvertently reminds her about her tarot cards! As she runs to get them, Daniel claps Kevin on the back. "Way to go." Jana returns and reads for Kevin first. She tells him his card, The Magician, means he's playing with fire! She pulls The Fool for Daniel, which Jana says means he can't recognize the perfection that's right in front of him. He asks her to kindly stop playing matchmaker! Next, it's Amber's card, which reveals that she's keeping a secret; "The lie you 'live with' could ultimately ruin many lives!" Amber realizes it may mean Billy, who she is living with. When Daniel and Amber head home, Jana wants to consult the tarot cards one more time. Kevin isn't into it. Jana warns him that she doesn't want to have to worry about Katherine Chancellor - she saw the look between him and Gloria. She notes that she can't force him to act with kindness, she only hopes it's not too late for him to change the path he's on!
A wet Billy shows up at Chloe's door. She tells him that Cane is out, and he blurts, "Is that baby mine?" Chloe tells him to get lost, but he wants to hang out. She informs him that the dates don't match up - the baby's not his. They have a brief verbal battle over when their last 'booty call' took place. He insists that it could be his and they both know it. He asks her again if it's his kid, and she retorts, "And what are you gonna' do? Step up like your brother Cane?" He admits they were all about fun. He thinks back to meeting at the newsstand in New York. "At no time, did 'mother of my child' pass my lips," Billy reminds her. He then confronts her about breaking into his computer and reading all of his private messages. He recounts how she then went berserk on him and became stalker-like. He asks what he is supposed to think now that he's come home and found out she's Esther's daughter, and is pregnant and married to his half-brother! "You were trying to bag a Chancellor the whole time!" She is totally insulted that he called her a stalker. He laughs, "I'm flattered." They reminisce some more about when they first met, flirted, and began a relationship. Billy asks if she told Cane any of this before the 'immaculate conception'. She claims that she didn't really want it this way - but Cane is the father. She dares him to call her doctor! Before leaving, she asks if they're going to 'play nice', and he says, "Not a word, unless you give me a reason." Billy then makes a comment to Chloe about the 'good' brother, Cane. "Poor guy!" Chloe looks sad after he leaves. She rubs her tummy and tells her baby, as she thinks about how she waited for Billy at the newsstand the day they met, "Yeah, I did plan to meet your dad, I just didn't plan to fall for him!"
At Jabot, Lily holds the elevator for someone - in jumps Cane! He nods and pushes the button. Soon, the elevator grounds to a halt. "We're stuck!" exclaims Cane. They compare notes on why they're at Jabot at night, then Lily brings up Colleen, saying that it's quite a coincidence that he hired her best friend. He asks why she's mad at him, and she accuses him outright of hiring Colleen to keep tabs on her! Lily notes that she has no cell service, and they start talking about old movies. He tells her about one called "Pat and Mike", where the man was married to someone else, but everyone knew he and the heroine were soulmates. Lily pulls a lollipop covered in lint out of her purse and Cane 'calls it'. She laughs as he tells her to look up, then grabs it. Lily wonders if Cane will tell Chloe about being in the elevator with her. She notes that loving the baby is changing Chloe for the better, and it's changing him too. He tells her, "Sweetheart, you know I married her for the kid." Lily says it's the three of them now, and she's just a little jealous that he's happy and she's just a loser. He protests that he's not happy! Everyday he's without her is misery! "Everyday you're in my heart and that's never going to change!" A voice tells them that they'll soon have them out of there. As Cane and Lily continue to joke around and she tells him about registering as 'fall out girl' on the dating site, she admits she's not very excited about it. Billy arrives at Jabot and listens to them from outside the elevator. As Cane takes Lily's face in his hands and they kiss, the elevator doors open and Billy sees them. Billy then hides as Lily runs away, and Cane goes to his office.

Nikki runs into Adam at the GCAC. She asks, "Why on Earth would I help you?!" He replies, "Because of what happened in Mexico!"
When Victoria and Nikki meet Brad at the coffeehouse, Nikki tells him that because of his parties, David put things in motion. "You have blood on your hands!"
