Nikki has some unsettling news, Neil finds out the truth about Tyra, Chloe manipulates behind the scenes.
Jack and Sharon enjoy some privacy and peace at the Abbott Mansion. After a little couch massage, they head upstairs for some together time!
Gloria, in Nikki's office, tells her that she and Jeffrey eloped. She talks casually about what an enjoyable time they had in Las Vegas, saying, "We ran into your husband in the casino!" Nikki tells Gloria swiftly that she must be mistaken - David is in L.A.! She hustles her out of the office. A secretary comes in with a gift basket delivery. Nikki gazes at the bottle of wine in the basket and thinks back to almost taking a drink from the mini-bar the other day!
In Vegas, in the hotel room, David frantically goes over and over his recent conversations with Nikki in his mind. He suddenly seems to decide something and starts punching a number into his cell phone. Soon, David gets a call from Nikki's number but ignores it.
At Crimson Lights, Neil and Cane chat over coffee. Cane casually asks about Tyra and how long she might be staying in town. Neil says he isn't sure, but Devon's enjoying being her tour guide! He says he wishes he knew more about her and more about why she's in town. Neil tells Cane that he has arranged to meet Tyra later at Indigo. Nearby, Nick meets with Victoria who tells him she is co-chairing the Charity Ball with Sabrina. Just then, Nikki calls asking them to meet her in her office!
Gloria and Jeffrey arrive at the Abbott Mansion and announce their elopement to a stunned Jack and Sharon who have just made their way downstairs in their robes. They tell the Abbotts that they are headed out to the poolhouse to celebrate their honeymoon if they'd like to send out champagne! After they leave, Sharon asks Jack if he has seen Fisher. They both worry that if he's in the poolhouse he'll be scarred for life! Sharon happily notes that Gloria has money now - she doesn't have to live in the poolhouse anymore! Sharon leaves the room and Jack speaks to his father. "I can hear you saying 'give her a chance'!" When Sharon comes back into the room, he tries to explain to her that he thinks his father would still want him to let Gloria stay there - even though he promised Sharon he'd put her out! Sharon is stunned!
In the conference room, Chloe tears up the head shots of the other Fresh Faces girls and says, "Sorry girls, but it's for a good cause. Me!" Jill comes into the room and Chloe declares that the only girl with any hope is Lily. She manipulates Jill into pushing Lily to take on a huge modeling job for Jabot, and letting Chloe and Cane work together behind the scenes! As Chloe pushes for "Lily for Jabot," Jill warns her to slow down a bit. She says she would like Cane to take on more, but this is Chloe's 'thing' to make happen. Chloe assures her that she will!
Neil arrives at Indigo and Devon is there. They begin to talk about Devon's relatives, and although Neil acknowledges that Devon is certainly enjoying their visit, when Neil starts asking questions, such as, "Doesn't Tyra have a job to get back to?", Devon becomes defensive and warns Neil not to give her the third degree when she arrives! Cane then comes in, arriving just as Tyra does. She greets him and thanks him for paying for the room - she says she'll pay him back, explaining that this is the first time she hasn't been able to pay her way. Over at the table, Devon again warns Neil, who has been joined by Karen, not to grill Tyra. Neil asks what is wrong with asking her what her plans are! Devon says that she can afford the hotel, and she says she has a job at the Pembroke Hotel in Chicago! Neil asks if Devon believes her, and in frustration, Devon takes out his phone and calls the Pembroke. He is deflated as he gets a recording saying it has been closed. Just then, Ana takes the stage and entertains the crowd with a song! As Cane takes Tyra over to tell the truth to Neil, Neil braces himself, having just found out that she doesn't have a job. Tyra and Cane sit down and she confesses the truth about her job - she didn't have the credentials in hotel management to continue. It is revealed that Cane has been paying for the room at the Inn, and Neil thanks him. Neil then says, "This right here, this is my family, and my responsibility. Devon, we need to talk!" As Neil and Devon debate over how best to help Tyra, and whether or not she should go back to Seattle, Karen comes over and suggests to Neil that he stand by his words, "Devon's family is my family." Across the room, Tyra sadly breaks the news to Ana that they will have to leave town. Neil crosses the room and asks Tyra if she would consider not leaving so soon. She and Ana could live with him. Ana is thrilled! Tyra thanks him and Neil tells them he'll just need a couple of days before they move in. Ana tells him she loves singing in his Club. Once alone, Neil tells Karen that he hopes he doesn't regret this - it certainly complicates things for them!
Victoria and Nick sit down in Nikki's office. She bluntly tells him that David is in trouble. They quickly guess that he is gambling again, and try to tell their mother that it is not her problem! She reminds them that you help those who you love! As they argue with her, she gives examples from their own lives of times they haven't given up on people they have cared about. Nick tries to say that the situation with David has become impossible, but Nikki insists that it is far from impossible - he's just sick and trying to get better! The siblings make Nikki promise that if it becomes impossible she will get out of the relationship!
In the poolhouse, Jeffrey admits to Gloria that he is the one who suggested to Jack that he let her move in there - because he never stopped loving her! Joyfully they kiss and embrace! Gloria then tells Jeffrey that she has some lingerie to model for him! He tells her he has something for her too! He disappears and then comes back with her diamonds! She is beyond thrilled. "You bad boy!"
Walter arrives at David's hotel room. He suggests that David 'tap the lady's assets', meaning Nikki. David is having none of that, and tells Walter that he will instead work for him one more time!
Chloe heads to Indigo and tracks Cane down. She informs him that his mother has decided that Lily is going to be the only Fresh Face of Jabot, and that she has asked Chloe to oversee the undertaking - he will be supervising her (Chloe) behind the scenes! As she leaves, Devon comes over to Cane and suspiciously asks what Chloe is up to. "Did I hear her say that Lily is going to be the Fresh Face of Jabot - all on her own?!" Cane sighs.
At Jabot, Cane arrives and seeks out Jill. He tells her that he has been thinking about family today, and he is really glad to have found her! Jill is moved.
David arrives in Nikki's office and admits that he was in Vegas - which means that he lied to her again. She begins talking about treatments and he shouts at her to stop! "It's over Nikki. We're over. You have to let me go!"
Next on The Young and the Restless:
Victor notes that something is wrong with Nikki. Nick asks him, "Why do you care, Dad?"
Adam invites Heather over and she strips down to her swimsuit in the living room at the Ranch!
Victoria and Nick confront David, telling him to pack his bags and get the hell out!
