Victor makes Sabrina an extraordinary offer! Gloria is duped by Kyon! Lily gets the golden ticket!

At the Abbott Mansion, Jeff presents Gloria with a rose in honor of their 'new beginning'. He kisses her and asks her to get champagne from the wine cellar while he fixes lunch. After Jeff leaves the room, Kyon knocks at the door. She enters and tells Glo that Jeffrey will hurt her exactly as he hurt her! Kyon sobs that they were going to get married until Gloria seduced him away! Gloria tells her she needs to go to the wine cellar. She invites Kyon to come with her and they'll straighten everything out afterward with Jeffrey. Jeffrey, meanwhile, is at the Club picking up lunch when Alistair spots him. Knowing that Gloria is alone at the Mansion, he hightails it over there. Down in the wine cellar, Kyon continues to needle Gloria about Jeffrey. Suddenly, Kyon runs out and locks Gloria inside!

Sabrina and Victor say 'good morning' to one another at the Ranch. As they kiss, the door opens and Victoria comes in, narrowly catching them in a clinch. Victor leaves for the office and Victoria asks a panicky Sabrina to tell her everything that happened between her and her father! Sabrina is relieved when she realizes her friend is referring to whether or not Victor offered her a job!

Neil and Karen root through boxes as she moves in to his apartment. She asks him if he's sure the kids are okay with her moving in. He says they are, and he is very glad she's there. They share a kiss. Meanwhile, at Lily's apartment, she and Cane awaken on the sofa. He asks how she feels and she replies, "Pregnant. And overwhelmed." He tells her he doesn't feel that way. "I love you." She says she loves him too, but needs time to think. He offers to take the day off work, but she wants to be alone. Back at Neil's place, Karen laughs as Neil mockingly reads to her from one of her romance novels. They wind up on the bed making love! Meanwhile, Lily has called Colleen over to commiserate. She tells her that she and Cane are pregnant. Colleen embraces her and asks what Cane said. Lily says he has been supportive, but she's not ready to be a mom! "I have school and modeling!" Colleen asks if she has spoken with Neil. Lily protests that she just can't. "No one does disappointment like my father!" Lily wonders how her mom juggled all her responsibilities. Colleen reminds her that she doesn't have to make the same choices as her mom. Lily admits that she has no idea what she wants to do about this. Colleen offers to go to the doctor with her. Suddenly, Chloe calls and tells Lily she needs to get over to Jabot right away. "You've won the golden ticket!"

At Newman Enterprises, Adam visits Victor's office and tells him that he feels his talents would be better utilized somewhere other than the Beauty of Nature line. He admits there is a power struggle with Victoria and it's been counter-productive. Victor urges him to try and get along, then dismisses him from the office. As he heads out into the hallway, he meets Victoria and Sabrina coming in. He and Victoria duck into a room to have it out. He accuses her of not giving him a fair chance. She tells him he wouldn't even be there if Victor and Nick were getting along! He pleads with her to understand that he doesn't want to replace Nick or her! They agree to try and work as a team! Later, Victoria discusses her truce with Adam with her husband. J.T. offers again to do a background check and Vikki agrees. Down the hall, Sabrina is in Victor's office. She tells him she doesn't feel right keeping their affair from Victoria. Victor urges her not to feel guilty, then says he'd like to hire her as a consultant! She is thrilled. He tells her that he would like her to stay in Genoa City and fly to galleries all over the world from there. Suddenly, Victoria comes in. Startled, Sabrina excuses herself. Victoria discusses the discord with Adam with her father. Victor says he is going to separate them, which pleases Victoria. She asks where Adam will be placed, and is shocked when Victor replies that he isn't moving Adam - he's moving her! Victor remarks that he doesn't want her to be upset, but Victoria stalks out saying he'll regret it. She runs into Sabrina in the hall and tells her that Victor is taking her off of Beauty of Nature. Sabrina commiserates and mentions that Victor offered her a position. Victoria urges her to take it, then surprises her friend by telling her that she and J.T. would like her to be Reed's godmother! Sabrina agrees and they embrace.

At Jabot, Nikki meets with Nick and Felicia Forrester. They tell her that Felicia is interested in using her model, Lily Winters, in her ads. Nikki agrees to loan Lily out just as Cane comes in. He is introduced to Felicia and gets caught up on what is transpiring. Cane is visibly stressed when Felicia mentions flying Lily out to L.A. and Nikki says, "Lily is about to become a very busy young lady!" Soon, Chloe comes into the boardroom with Lily. Nikki informs her that Forrester wants to use her as their lead model! Cane offers her congratulations and they exchange an awkward glance.

At the Abbott Mansion, Kyon answers the door to Alistair and tells him to get lost. Shocked, he realizes that something may be wrong with Gloria. Before long, Jeffrey comes home and calls out Gloria's name. He is surprised when Kyon comes into the room and says Gloria left him! He tells her she needs to go - he has to find Gloria. She yells, "Forget about Gloria!" Disrobing in front of him, Kyon asks why he'd want Gloria when she could have her! He tells her to get dressed, but she launches herself into his arms and starts kissing him. Just then Alistair walks in! Downstairs in the wine cellar, Gloria calls out for help!

Neil and Karen experience moving in pains when she wants to hang one of her paintings in the same spot that Dru first hung a painting when they moved in together. Neil mentions that it is the first anniversary of her death and he feels he should go see the kids. Karen tells him to go, and he says that's why he loves her. At Lily's house, she and Devon talk about Dru as well. She then says she has news - she's going to Los Angeles to take a huge job with Forrester Creations. Devon is frustrated that she didn't tell him about the pregnancy and asks her straight out. Lily admits that she is pregnant and they embrace in tears. Devon asks what she is going to do and she replies that she just wishes her mom was there.

Back at Newman Enterprises, Sabrina is in Victor's office. She tells him she can't make a living based out of Genoa City. She needs to have more clients and work in Paris, London and New York. He proposes to start an art museum in GC and have her find all of the art to fill it. She is astounded by the offer, but tells him she'll have to think about it. As she prepares to leave town, Victor gives her a passionate kiss!

Kyon tells Jeffrey that Gloria left him and she's here now. Jeff notes that that is a little coincidental!

Nick tells Phyllis that Adam only wants her because he sees her as belonging to Nick! Phyllis crosses her arms. "Really?!"
