Phyllis is engulfed with guilt as family & friends say goodbye to Dru...
Phyllis runs into Daniel at Crimson Lights, "If I could change anything…" Daniel repeats that it's not her fault, then leaves in a rush. When Nick brings Phyllis coffee, he orders her to stop feeling guilty, "Can you do that for me?" Phyllis says, "I'll try." However, Phyllis recants all the bad past memories involving Dru, "I antagonized her. Even though I said - many times - that I never wanted to see that woman again, I'd give anything if she could walk through that door."
Later at Newman, Nick finds Phyllis writing a eulogy for Dru, "I'm trying to write down good things about her."

At Indigo, Neil pours himself a fresh shot of whiskey just as Olivia arrives with questions, "It's just a little something to get me through the next few hours - after that, no more drinking." Neil goes on to express his worry over the daffodils not arriving on time, "Dru loved Daffodils." Just as Neil tells Olivia he talked to Malcolm, Lily, Daniel, Devon and Colleen arrive. After Neil excuses himself to check on the flowers, Olivia and Daniel briefly talk in private about Neil's drinking.

At Jabot, when Kay asks Jill if they can ride to Dru's service together, Jill says, "You're going?" Jill worries about the press hounding her and ruining Dru's service. However, Kay insists on going.
At the ranch, after Brad briefly calls Sharon from Newman to let her know he'll be attending Dru's service, Jack stops by to pick Sharon up, "I hated the thought of you having to go alone." While looking for some tissues, Sharon comes across some ticket stubs from a movie Dru and she attended, "Sometimes I close my eyes and I can imagine her here." Jack reminds her it's the memories that'll get Sharon through this.
After Nikki approaches Victor at Newman, he's says, "I'm happy you made it home." However, Nikki warns him, "I'm only here for Neil and his family."
Kay arrives at Indigo and gives Neil some advice, "As one alcoholic to another, I know how easy it is to fall back on old habits." However, Neil assures her that it won't happen to him. Just then, Nikki and Victor arrive. When Neil goes to talk to Victor, Kay tells Nikki that he's not as strong as he's trying to appear.

At Indigo, Devon and Lily try to remain strong as they worry about details for the service. When Lily leads Neil over to a collage of Dru's pictures, Neil is clearly filled with pain and sorrow. "Dad, are you all right?" Although Neil looks as though he's going to breakdown, he lets out a laugh, as he thinks back on some of the pictures - and their memories.
Although they're all wishing for the best, Devon admits to Daniel that he doesn't think his family will have a happy ending.
When Sharon and Jack walk in with Jill, Sharon can't help making eye contact with Brad. Brad goes to Olivia who informs him that she told Nate and Mamie to stay home and pray for Dru's safe return. Later, Brad goes to Colleen, who says, "Dad, the thought of losing you or mom… I will never take you for granted."

When Jack and Sharon take a seat with Nikki, Victor says, "Jack, I hope you're taking good care of her." Sharon admits that she wouldn't be able to get through this without him."

At Indigo, Olivia is the first to speak at the service. Olivia talks about Dru as a child, "When she found her voice and learned how to use it, we couldn't stop her from talking." Through tears, looking at Dru's picture, Olivia remembers, "Dru donated her bone marrow so I could live."

When Sharon takes the podium, she expresses what a true friend Dru was, "She always knew how to make me laugh. I was lucky enough to have her in my life for years. There's nobody like her."

Devon goes to the front and expresses, "Before Dru, I had given up hope for a normal life. She was the first person who believed in me, who forced me to believe in myself." Looking at the sorrow filled faces, Devon says, "Drucilla is the greatest mother I could ever ask for. I’ll never forget her for the rest of my life."

Lily tries to remain strong as she talks of how strong Dru was, "If I could be half as successful as my mom, I would be happy. She always knew what to say, she always put me first." Through tears, Lily says Dru was the best mom she could ask for, "God please keep her safe." Looking at Dru's picture, Lily says, "I love you."

As Neil looks at friends and family, he says, "I'm not going to give up. Dru's alive, alive for me." After thanking everyone for coming and for supporting his family, Neil reminds everyone, "Dru loved all of you… " Neil asks everyone to bow their heads and prays to have the Lord return Dru to them, "And if he doesn't see fit, then I hope he welcomes her into his arms…"
As everyone's leaving, Olivia goes to Neil and begs him to keep his promise about not drinking anymore. Neil lifts his glass, "Sparkling water." Colleen and Daniel worry about Lily and vow to be there for her when she falls. As Brad tells Sharon that Dru would've been proud of her today, Sharon thanks him for his support.
Back at Jabot, in a roundabout way, Kay gets Jill to silently admit that she's happy Kay's in her life.

Back at Newman, Victor tells Nikki that he realizes nothing means more to him than her and his children. When Nikki gives Victor the cold shoulder, he calls her on it! Although Nikki believes he may be sorry for the things he had said to her, she can't forgive Victor for not supporting her. As Victor demands to know why she wants the senate seat so badly, Nikki says, "I'll do anything to get it!" When Victor warns that she'll be subjecting her family to embarrassment, "The press will have a field day with your past," Nikki claims, "You're only worried that I'll embarrass you!"
At the Abbott mansion, Jack and Sharon talk about Neil and Dru's marriage and Jack says, "Some people are just meant to be together."
Still at Capricorn, Neil hugs Olivia goodbye, then instructs the kids to drive Olivia to the airport. On her way out, she takes one last look at Dru's picture, then leaves… Alone, Neil looks at Dru's picture and thinks back on years of memories with the woman he loves…

The first time they met…

Their first wedding…

Their first anniversary…

Then finally, the last time they were together before she left for the photo shoot… Neil quickly grabs a whiskey bottle, pours himself a shot, brings it to his lips, then downs it in one gulp… Neil repeats his actions again…

When Nick brings Phyllis to the accident site, she takes out the eulogy and begins talking to Dru, "I don't think you knew how much I admired your devotion to your kids." Although Phyllis calls Dru selfish and manipulative, she admits, "I think I am too. Maybe that's why we didn't get along - we were too much alike." With tears in her eyes, Phyllis continues, "You finally won. I'm in so much trouble. You had the last laugh." After Phyllis crumbles up the paper and throws it on the ground, the wind blows it over the edge of the cliff…
