Welcome William Russ. Hopefully, Tucker will breathe some new life into Young and the Restless. The first time I ever saw or heard of William, was in the 80's when he was in "Wiseguy". Fantastic actor!!!

Yes he is a very familiar face and a skilled actor as well. I am looking forward to seeing him. Maybe he will ease the loss of Eric Braeden ( huge mistake there). WOW.. Wiseguy! That is a blast from the past....great show!

I have not watched since you started scenes on taking Sharon's baby. And, my last day of getting updates will be November 3rd.

A warm welcome to William Russ!

Too BAD that I WILL NOT be seeing him as well as the other great actors ( characters) on the show, i.e. Katherine and Murphy, the sweetest couple on the show, Nick and Sharon, Jack, Michael and Lauren and Paul and Nikki. Eric Braeden and you are the BACKBONE of the show! I will miss seeing you.

BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER to have made was to let Eric Braeden leave the show - You will regret that. Y&R will sink faster than the TITANIC. As a matter of fact, the ratings have dropped and viewers have been dropping out like flies. Would you like to buy some FLYPAPER? I also have a RIVER in ARIZONA TO SELL.

To those actors who are remaining, maybe you should think about finding another soap that isn't sinking. Good luck!

When Eric leaves, that IS THE END of my watching for 36 years.

SICK story lines, insane characters, dark and gloomy senarios, deaths, deceit, destruction of our favorite characters have brought TPTB to the lowest of the LOW.

Every time I see NUTSO ASHLEY with her giddy, ridiculous demeanor and idiotic smile and holding Sharon's baby and watching HUMAN GARBAGE CAN makes me want to get a barf bag.

November 2 will be my LAST DAY of watching.

I am boycotting SONY, CBS, the SPONSORS and their products. Many viewers have already made the same decision.

I have read the comments regarding William Russ coming in as the new billionaire of Genoa City. William, no offense, but some things SHOULD stay the same.

I have also read where some people are going to STOP watching after Victor's/Eric Braeden's last day. I've stopped already. The story lines, the craziness, the silliness; the crackhead characters, the less than talented writers; the.... the..... the......(I'm stuttering here!) I always thought Passions was a horrible soap opera. This has surpassed Passions.

But William, whatever happens in your new role on this ill-fated soap opera, I wish you well.

This is crap....I'M SOOOOOO DONE WITH Y&R. COME ON WHO'S WITH ME??? This insults the 20 odd years of absolute perfection from Victor Newman. You (Sony)have pulled some booboo in the past but this is it for me....THERE is NO Y&R without Eric Braeden. That is the Soprano's without Tony. GOOD-BYE
