Although Victoria Rowell is still missed as fiery Drucilla Winters on The Young and the Restless, the actress, mother, author, and tireless Foster Care advocate certainly keeps busy!

Soaps.com has learned that well-respected Victoria has been chosen as this year's guest speaker at the Founder's Day celebration to be held Sunday, October 4 in Albion, Michigan!

The organization chose Victoria based on her passion for children and her inspiring story as a foster child herself. Her book, "The Women Who Raised Me" will serve as the platform for the speech she gives on Founder's Day.

Yes, It's truely amazing how your real life and your character on Y&R are so much as a one....I truely do miss you and pray you find the time in your busy life to come back to Y&R we love and miss you dearly!....but you continue to do what you do for the kids....LOVE THEM PATIONATELY....we love you too!
