
Bronson was born in New York, New York to Rosina and Henry Pinchot, she was a typist and he a bookbinder. Bronson wound up being raised in southern California, but as a young man returned to the northeast to Yale University on a scholarship. Bronson began by studying art, and actually became a freemason, but ultimately fell in love with acting and the rest is history.
Known for playing quirky characters, Bronson is a busy actor who has enjoyed roles in several feature films such as "True Romance", "Risky Business", "Beverly Hills Cop", "Beverly Hills Cop III", "Courage Under Fire", and "The First Wives Club". He has also appeared on numerous television series since he left "Perfect Strangers", including, "Step By Step", and more recently, "Law & Order: Criminal Intent" and as himself in "The Surreal Life". Interestingly, Bronson has also had the opportunity to do voices for many children's animated features such as "The Wild Thornberrys", "Hey Arnold", "Buzz Lightyear: Star Command", and "Lady and the Tramp II".
