Deanna Russo Leaving Y&R? Friday, August 24 2007

Update: 08/24 Deanna will make another appearance on September 4, 2007.

With Logan’s plan to leave Genoa City to dedicate her services to Doctors Without Borders, fans have asked, “Has Deanna Russo been let go from The Young and the Restless?”

It was reported that Deanna received a three year contract with the show back in June, but it appears after Tuesday’s episode (August 21, 2007) that her character will be off the canvas. However, if you recall, when Brad said to Logan, “I’ll miss you. Come back sometime,” Logan replied with a smile, “Maybe I’ll do that.” Since CBS doesn’t comment on contracts, we cannot be sure if Deanna is gone for good or if the show has other plans to bring Logan back at a later date.
