I don’t agree this week with a lot of things:
Tyra/Neil: thanks god Neil the real Neil is back and won’t be too involved with Tyra when he just almost destroyed a woman and for nothing. He needs to think and going out with someone 25 years younger and with a brain of a fly won’t help him at all. They destroyed Neil when he turn his back to his wife and just for a piece of fluff!

Done nothing stupid??? Seriously, like sending his wife to prison because he was angry with her. Like trying to pull one on Jill? Seriously, look up stupid in the dictionary and you’ll see Jeffrey’s picture.

Reactions to Phyllis's Arrest:
The way they did it, is the way they do it when a child is involve, thank god they don’t wait. They first put the child in a secure environment and then they investigate! BTW, someone did indeed put that child in jeopardy and on purpose! They just have to find the right person. And seriously, Phyllis could have done just that 20 years ago, nothing was sacred to her and killing is definitely not out of her resume! And I love Phyllis she is the best bad girl of GC but being mother Theresa now is not her forte, she overacted beside summer and is frankly hard to watch! They are destroying her as a character the same way they destroy Nick, then Sharon, then Jack and now Phyllis the victim! THAT is unbelievable!

Hogan Shaffer at its best; destroying character to fit the plot! He did it on ATWT and made that soap unwatchable; he is doing it here too. Y&R deserve they low rating!

Hi, you will think that having DNA test it will take you to the big reveal , rigth? No in the Y & R's world.
I have few questions.
1- How is that no one ask to see result and just takes the word of someone for it?
No one ask Sharon to see the paper and when Nick got the results for Summer no one ask.
2- How is that Cane came out as a posible father for Chloe's baby is he use his own blood he could not have been a posible father and if he use Phillips blood Chloe obviosly didn't have sex with Phillip so he knew all along that he wasn't the father.
It make no sence what so ever, Does the writers change every week and don't read or know about they are writing? about?

Thanks Candace for your spot on assessment of the week on Y&R. It seems that an entire story arc came to a head in less than 15 minutes (I timed it) after more than a year of speculating. Cane's expression when he realized he couldn't lie anymore was worth all of the anguish the writers have been putting us through. I was transfixed and felt so sorry for everyone who witnessed his confession. I cannot wait for what comes next. However, I was hoping that Neil would knock him out for Lily's sake, but it looks like Billy Goat Pokes-a- lot will do the honors in the next episode.

The Shick/Shack/Phick/Phack give MaryJane the bone (catnip) mess is beyond bizarre. Sharon is behaving worse than she did when she was a teenager. I swear none of these fools could think themselves out of a wet paper bag with a hole in it. Mary Jane is the only one with a plan (as crazy as it is). I guess I have to give this mess some time for it to play itself out. I hope I'm not as disappointed as I am right now for this fivesome (Yuck).

Billy, Billy, Billy. What can be said about this man ho. I am so turned off by Mac throwing her "principles" out of the window to consummate a relationship with a straight up freak. Chloe should step her game up to keep the man she claims to love. The fact that Mac slipped away to "deliver hot dog buns to the homeless shelter" should have clued Chloe in right then, but then Chloe would have missed Cane's come to Jesus moment. Here's hoping Chloe will figure that Mac's delivering the buns and Billy's supplying the hot dogs, just not at the homeless shelter...

I guess Phyllis is going to be rocking that always fashionable orange jumpsuit for a while if she can't prove she doesn't have Munchhausen's by proxy. Mary Jane is crazy like a fox and Heather does have feathers where her brains should be...

Hi. I have a new question..Phyllis/Nick/Nikki/Victor: I know that when child services come into play, they can be slow in real life. So I get why they were trying to remove Phyllis to protect the child. But my question is how can you just automatically give guardianship to the grandparents without even going through...Summer's own DAD, Nicholas. Did "we" forget that she has one. LOL

Hi Candace. I am going to agree with juann about the chemistry coming out with Mac and Billy this week. This has been the first time that I have felt a connection between them when they started to reminisce about high school and their wedding night that didn't happen. Having them say that their world stopped on that night, I could feel their pain and unhappiness for the six years that they lost.

I hope that someone finds out about MJ soon as I think her actions are getting really maniacle and someone besides Summer could get hurt in the process.

Hi everyone! I am new on here as of today. ;o) I have been watching (except last year) the Y & R since it started. I was reading the comments and someone mentioned (sorry, forgot who) that Jack is the Father of Summer? No kidding?! Can you tell me how all of that came about and where was Nick? I agree with you, they need to bring that out.

Another unbelievable story line. Did anyone happen to notice that Cane looks nothing at all like Phillip??? Did everyone just turn a blind eye to that glaring fraudulent betrayal? I am really ready to quit watching since the writers did what they did to Sharon and Nick after finally getting them back together. This isn't drama, it's a farce and a pathetic one at that. What kind of meds are you people taking or need?

I was so disappointed in cane when he revealed his part
in delia's paternity test. I was ready to forgive him for
his part in the scheme with phillip but he's hurt lily so
badly and put me thru 8 months of angst. I luv cane and lily
and hope things work out soon. Cane really has his work cut
out for himself but he deserves it.

Just love Y&R writers.I've watched you for as long as I can remember the old/young Victor/Nikie. There is always something going on.
Had to replay Phyllis smacking Heather at least three times, loved it.How you can make an audience stand up and cheer over a slap in the face is a tribute to good writing. I was really disappointed in the baby being Jacks. We all know where this is leading and we've been down that road too many times. The truth will come out but unfortunately what kind of surprises will the viewer get...none! Unless, a new character emerges that Sharon had a one night stand with, and the baby is his and she knows it and thats why she chose Jack. We will need a twist or Sharon needs to come clean if its Nicks baby otherwise your wasting good actors on a same old storyine and I know you can do better than that. Cane is amazing and what a wonderful addition to the Y&R family.I had wondered many times when he first arrived and was talking on the phone to someone that "he's in." I had begun to think that the writers took a different direction that he was going to be a "bad" character but then decided to make him a good one. I should have known you had a plan. It was terrific.
Don't care if gay actors have storylines as long as its done tasefully and let the viewer use their imagination for the intimate scenes but truly not interested in seeing men with men on Day Time TV. You did a terrific job with Adam and Rafe by giving the audience the knowledge of what had happened between the characters which I found much more appealing than having to visually view it. Remember the old movies when you assumed something had happened and you were just as satisfied if not more so than actually seeing it. Perhaps you can do more with a gay relationship than what the other soaps are doing. They seem to think its all about gay people making out on TV.You have the opportunity to really focus on two individuals of the same sex and let the audiences see who they are as real people by using words and emotions and comedy and show respect to the character that its not all about getting a gay couple into bed. I would challenge you to come up with a decent storyline that involves the life of a gay character not his sex life.
