John Driscoll's first airdate as Phillip Chancellor IV on The Young and the Restless has been confirmed to be July 16!

The Young and the Restless has confirmed that actor John Driscoll, formerly of Guiding Light, has joined the cast and will be arriving before long in Genoa City.
Although the popular thinking is that John will be portraying Nina's (Tricia Cast) son, Phillip Chancellor IV, the show has yet to confirm a character name for the actor.
