Former Y&R Star Kimberlin Brown and Project Golf!

Thursday, September 04 2008

Kimberlin Brown as Sheila (CBS)
Kimberlin Brown may have played one of the most dastardly female villains ever known to daytime drama, Sheila Carter, but in real life the actress has a big heart, which she demonstrates aptly in her role as International Ambassador for Project Golf 2014!

Last seen as Sheila on The Young and the Restless in 2006, Kimberlin has since involved herself with this worthwhile cause, helping to launch the project's third chapter recently. The Kingswood Chapter is located in Georgia, South Africa, and hopes to include more than two thousand young female golfers, many of them coming from underprivileged backgrounds.

Kimberlin has not only worked tirelessly to promote Project Golf, but she and her family have been involved in conducting fundraising efforts to raise money for it as well!

In character as the wicked Sheila, Kimberlin crossed over to Y&R's sister soap, The Bold and the Beautiful, numerous times over the years. Soaps.com would love to see her back on either show as she always creates tons of tension, drama and controversy!

Bravo to Kimberlin for her efforts toward promoting Project Golf 2014!
