Classic Mustache!

Ashley arrives at Jabot to help Jack deal with the crisis created by Tucker taking over the company. Ashley briefs the staff on how to keep morale up and reassures their associates that Jabot is as strong as ever. A note arrives from Tucker saying there will be changes down the road, but for now it's business as usual. Ashley tells Jack that she may have to borrow Emily from him - Victor put her on notice he's going to fight her for the Ranch! Jack asks about the papers she signed - she admits that Victor had them drawn up, she signed them, but he didn't. Jack calls it 'classic Mustache', and vows to do anything he can to help her stay in the house!

Neil meets with Ashley at Jabot. He expresses his frustrations about Malcolm to her. She muses that Jack drives her crazy too, but he's always the first one beside her during a crisis. She suggests that they need to deal with the issues surrounding Lily's paternity. Jack comes in, and Neil tells him that Ashley just gave him what he needed.

Ashley arrives at home to find Nikki there putting away clothes she bought for Noah. Ashley asks for her key back, but Nikki tells her that will be Victor's decision. Ashley hisses that it's not his decision. They get into an argument. Ashley says it's fine that Nikki has Victor, but this is her daughter's home - that she can't have!

Taking Back His Life!

Neil is at the Ranch kissing Ashley. They stop long enough to establish that they've been having feelings for one another, and for Neil to impress upon her how angry he is at Tucker McCall. They then go back to kissing! Ashley goes to get tea, and Neil accepts it, before taking an opportunity to hold Faith. Just then, Victor walks in. He takes the baby and remarks how cute she is, as Ashley leaves the room. Victor turns on Neil, telling him that he should be over at Katherine's house trying to help fix the mess he created. Neil says he came to tell Ashley about Jabot. Victor feels that Katherine needs him more than Ashley does! Neil informs him that he is working on the problem and that he's on his way to Katherine's house next - Victor needn't concern himself with his business. Victor tells him he has vowed to help Katherine destroy that S.O.B. Neil nods. Abby comes in and greets Victor, telling him that everything has really sucked since he left! Neil tells Ash he'll call her and leaves.

Still at the Ranch, Victor intervenes when Ashley and Abby have a spat about her going to a concert. Abby isn't happy that he takes her mother's side. Ashley reminds Victor that he was supposed to call before coming over. Adam and Sharon come in and they exchange greetings with Victor. After they leave the room, Ash says it was her place to invite them to live with her. Victor informs her that while he was away he realized he'd made a mistake. The Ranch means more to him than it ever could to her - he's taking back his life, and his home!

Stop the Presses!

Sharon and Ashley are at the Ranch comparing notes on the night their babies were born. Sharon is stunned to learn that Adam delivered Faith. Sharon mentions to Ashley that Jack was there as well. Suddenly the doorbell rings - it's Jack. He comes in and Ashley asks him why he never told her about Sharon being in the same place that night and losing her baby. Jack admits he was worried she couldn't handle it. Billy comes to the door next, and there is awkwardness as they all stand in the living room. The phone rings - it's Neil. He tells Ashley he needs to meet with her, Jack, and Billy.

Neil arrives at the Ranch and cuts to the chase. He announces to Ashley, Billy, and Jack that as of this morning, controlling interest in Chancellor, and therefore Jabot, has passed to Tucker McCall. Jack is livid - he says it was obvious to anyone paying attention that Tucker had crowned himself as boss. Neil concedes that he should have done more digging. Jack muses that he and Katherine were star-struck. Neil apologizes and leaves. Jack tells his siblings that they won't find any loopholes in the deal. He tells Billy that either Jill was in on it, or she's just been played for the biggest fool in the world! Jack and Billy leave, with Jack promising to let Ashley know what he finds out.

Neil comes back to the Ranch and rings the doorbell. Ashley greets him and lets him in. Neil rants about how bad he feels and how this was the worst possible time. Ashley knows what he's trying to say - because he's having feelings for her. They kiss!

The Motherlode!

At the Club, Neil and Ashley have just had breakfast. He says he's sorry to hear about her doctor, and offers his ear if she needs to talk. Ashley tells him that the Chancellor stockholder's meeting should be great today, and suggests they go out to celebrate afterward. Neil says he'll call her. She leaves, and Katherine comes in, noting that the set-up for the meeting seems to be perfect. She and Neil go over the particulars of the deal. He asks where Jill is, and Kay says she's waiting for the DNA results on Jo-Jo.

Ashley arrives home and is holding Faith when Adam seeks her out. He lets her know he was with Taylor when the accident happened yesterday. She remarks that drinking in the middle of the day doesn't sound like the doctor. Adam comments that Charles Taylor was headed for a bad place. Ashley learns that Nick and Phyllis accused him of being responsible and is appalled at the way they're treating Adam. She tells him he's wonderful and deserves a second chance. Adam hangs his head and muses that this is all payback for the things he's done. He leaves and Sharon gets home. They discuss the situation with Dr. Taylor. Ashley wonders why they're just finding out now that the same doctor delivered their babies. They go over their stories and realize that they were in the same place at the same time - in the sanitarium!
