Victor goes to Adam and Sharon's room. Sharon is stunned to see him at the door - he says he wants to see Adam. Sharon begins to lay into Victor about the way he's acted, but Adam asks her to let them speak alone. Sharon leaves, and Victor asks Adam about moving from the Ranch, saying that Ashley just said it was time. Adam says the lies he's having to tell his wife are eating him alive. Adam wonders what Hope would think of the two of them working together. Victor thinks she'd be proud of Adam, and reminds him of her legacy - to only see the good. He leaves and Adam nearly cries. He talks to his mom, saying he would take some things back if he could, but he can't, and now he's in love and he'll lose her if he tells her the truth - that Faith is hers. He frets about how to make things right. Sharon comes back and hugs him as he cries. She blames Victor, but Adam shakes his head and admits that they're not really on the outs - it was a ruse so he could become a mole in Tucker McCall's company. Sharon is understanding. Adam worries about losing her, but she reassures him again.
Ashley and Neil are discussing their plans at the Ranch when Victor walks in, saying he didn't expect to see Neil there. Ashley takes Victor to task for barging in unannounced. Victor asks what's going on between the two of them. Neil tells Victor they are friends. Victor asserts that Ashley is the mother of his children - who she spends time with is very much his business! When Victor leaves to take a call, Neil tells Ashley they need to establish what is going on between them. Ashley kisses him, and they agree they have feelings for each other. As talk turns to Adam, Phyllis appears. She tells them what she found out about Dr. Taylor - he couldn't keep his hands off his female students! Ashley flips - how could Adam bring someone like that into her home - into her daughter's home? She leaves the room, saying she just needs a moment.
Victor is at the tack house, where Nick fills his father in on the latest with Phyllis. Victor says it's important that she keeps quiet about their ruse, so Adam can stay with Tucker. They discuss Adam's current loyalty, and muse that he needs to keep this up a while longer. Nick notes that Adam is in this for himself. Victor says if they continue to dangle acceptance, who knows what might happen.
Victor and Nikki canoodle in their room at the Club. She regrets she's been too busy to buy a Valentine's gift, but Victor says he has one for both of them - it's the key to the Ranch! He explains to Nikki that Traci encouraged Ashley to give it up and move on. Suddenly he notices the news about Patty on his laptop. Nikki is concerned about Paul, and heads out. Victor remarks that there is something he has to do.
The front door at the Abbott Mansion bangs open as they are all sharing a toast - Victor walks into the room! Jack asks what he's doing there. Victor says he has a gift for him. Neil reiterates that it's a private party. Victor asks if he's talking for Jack now. Victor tells Jack that he hopes this marriage will bring them both everything they deserve! Traci takes Victor into the other room - she wants to speak to him before he leaves. Traci tells Victor that she not only gave him Colleen's heart, but a part of hers, and he's wasting it! Victor tells her she's a beautiful person, then leaves with Katherine and Murphy. Jack feeds Patty cake as everyone applauds. Jack steps out to say goodbye to Traci, who is the last to leave. He comes back into the room and asks his wife if she wants to rest - they have an early flight out in the morning. Patty says she doesn't want to wait. They kiss, and he carries her upstairs, where they make love!
Victoria meets with Nikki and Victor at Jabot. She asks why they called her there. Victor tells Vikki that he intends to name her CEO! Victoria is thrilled - she would love to re-establish herself as a top executive. Victoria then breaks the news about her marriage ending. Nikki asks for details, but Victoria says she can't talk about it right now. Victor excuses himself to attend a meeting. He steps outside the door, calls JT, and says he wants to see him now. Victoria tells Nikki that she didn't miss JT while in Dubai - she was relieved to be away from the arguing. They discuss the issues she and JT have had. Vikki admits that she has to have control, which doesn't work in personal relationships.
Victor arrives at the Club bar to meet JT. He says he understands this is a difficult day for him. JT says Reed is his biggest concern. Victor advises against a long drawn out custody battle - it would be very hard on Reed. JT muses that he won't be taking orders from him regarding his son, who is not a commodity. Victor warns him that he will always look after his daughter and grandson, and if JT causes any kind of difficulties, he'll be playing with the big boys!
Victor and Nikki are cuddling in their room. He tells her he has to go workout. She kisses him goodbye. Victor walks out the door and runs into Ashley. She wants to talk about the Ranch. She says something Tracy said to her tonight made her decide to move out of the Ranch. He is stunned. She tells him he can have his Ranch - she doesn't want any part of it.
Jack is on the phone at Jabot telling someone to find out how much Victor's bid was. Victor walks in and asks if he's having a bad day. He tells Jack he's accompanied by Jabot's new ambassadress. To Jack's surprise, Gloria Bardwell walks in triumphantly! Jack points out that her public image is one of lawsuits and scandal! Gloria feels the public will see her as a survivor. Jack angrily warns that he'll have her wages garnished to pay off what he owes her. Glo says she's agreed to work for next to nothing out of love for Jabot. When she leaves to pick out an office, Jack asks Victor if he is so angry at him that he would purposely ruin his own investment. Victor reminds him that he promised to make his life a living hell - and this is just the beginning! Jack tells him Gloria is more like a spitball than a thunderbolt from the sky! Jack says this is his own fault - he convinced his sister to let him go on living! Victor notes that unlike Jack, he will make sure the company goes back to Katherine eventually. He tells Jack the company will be in good hands before leaving. Jack glares.
Katherine meets up with Victor at Jabot. She says she's glad that the company is in good hands. He tells her it will be safe until he can return it to her. She tells him about her visit with Tucker - saying he doesn't care about her at all! Kay leaves and Gloria comes in. Victor isn't interested in hearing her ideas - she asks if he ever will be!
