Devon returns to Neil's place with Lily's things. He sits down and puts his arm around her as she cuddles Humphrey.
Reunion!
Jack arrives at the Chancellor barbecue and greets Kay. He says that Sharon won't be coming and tells her why. They go outside and as everyone mills around, Jack suddenly says, "Raul Guitierrez! What is this, a Glo by Jabot reunion?" Everyone excitedly greets Raul. Billy rushes over and makes introductions all around. Raul is stunned that Billy is married with a baby! Suddenly Mac comes up from behind him and says, "Raul?" Raul and Mac kiss deeply. Billy gapes, and Murphy notes that's some kiss hello!
Behind closed doors
Before court, the family meets. Jack thinks back to John showing him his new will. Christine meets Michael, explaining that there is a new will. With this news, things get hectic. They're upset by the news.
In court, the hearing begins. Chaplain Anderson shows up with the new will, and is questioned about how it came into his possession. Since Jack Abbott is listed as the sole executor of the entire state, he explains how he contacted Jack first. The judge retires to her chambers to read the will. She then reads it aloud later on, telling the family that John wished that his estate would be divided amongst his children.
Michael and Chris argue about John's mental capacities toward the end of his life.
Welcome back Victor!
Christine calls Jack, to which he shares with the family. He tells Gloria that the marriage between she and John was not legal. She doesn't believe him; Kevin is disgusted with Jack, so they all leave, with Michael promising Jack that he'll fight him on this.
Back at Michael and Lauren's place, Gloria panics, wondering if she and John really were not legally married. He makes a quick call to Christine, who promises to come right over.
Christine tells Gloria that she gets half of the will, anyway. Jack 'forgot' to tell Gloria this!
Dru cries wolf!
Christine meets with Ashley and Jack. The three take a look at John's will. It's straightforward, just like the copy that Jack has. Kay and Jill are also in the will. Christine asks that they get the family together while they're still in town, to have the reading. Ashley is appalled when she reads that Gloria gets half and the other half is to be divided amongst the kids! The house is left to Jack and Ashley, but all else is split up. Christine tells them that unless they can prove that Gloria deceived John into changing the will in her favor.
