Up in Heather's room, she makes some calls on Billy's behalf about Dr. Taylor. She marvels that Billy was able to talk her into doing this. Billy feels he owes her for helping him - and he doesn't like owing people! Heather says that's fine - she'll collect right now. Heather kisses him and they wind up on the bed! They have sex, and then Heather informs Billy that he can show himself out! Billy gapes, and murmurs, "Thank you."
Stop the Presses!
At the tack house, Billy thanks Phyllis for the information about Adam and Dr. Taylor. She reminds him that she didn't tell him anything. He grins and says, "That's right." He leaves and Nikki comes to the door. She tells Phyllis that she and Victor have returned from Belgium. They sit down, and talk turns to Victor. Phyllis notes that she had to find a way to forgive him - he's her daughter's grandfather, and her husband needs his father in his life. Nikki wonders how they're going to make this work.
Sharon and Ashley are at the Ranch comparing notes on the night their babies were born. Sharon is stunned to learn that Adam delivered Faith. Sharon mentions to Ashley that Jack was there as well. Suddenly the doorbell rings - it's Jack. He comes in and Ashley asks him why he never told her about Sharon being in the same place that night and losing her baby. Jack admits he was worried she couldn't handle it. Billy comes to the door next, and there is awkwardness as they all stand in the living room. The phone rings - it's Neil. He tells Ashley he needs to meet with her, Jack, and Billy.
Neil arrives at the Ranch and cuts to the chase. He announces to Ashley, Billy, and Jack that as of this morning, controlling interest in Chancellor, and therefore Jabot, has passed to Tucker McCall. Jack is livid - he says it was obvious to anyone paying attention that Tucker had crowned himself as boss. Neil concedes that he should have done more digging. Jack muses that he and Katherine were star-struck. Neil apologizes and leaves. Jack tells his siblings that they won't find any loopholes in the deal. He tells Billy that either Jill was in on it, or she's just been played for the biggest fool in the world! Jack and Billy leave, with Jack promising to let Ashley know what he finds out.
At the Club, Billy tells Jack he'll do an expose on Tucker, but Jack says to stop the presses - he doesn't want to show his hand to Tucker yet!
The Motherlode!
Billy comes into Mac's bar and learns from her that the man who was in the accident out front yesterday died. She notes that Lily and Cane are on their way to take her to a special appointment today.
JT goes to see Mac at the bar. She tells him about the ultrasound and Billy pipes up that he's very supportive of Mac. She asks JT about Victoria in Dubai. JT angrily says it would have been nice if she could have stayed there to work, but Billy made that impossible! Mac calms the tension, and Billy reveals his plan to do a piece on Adam next - he says JT might just enjoy this one! Billy leaves, and Lily and Cane arrive. They all smile and greet each other.
Billy meets with Heather at Crimson Lights. He tells her he's doing a piece on Adam in Restless Style, and lets her know that he's in on what Adam did to her. Billy says she must have something she'd like to say about that! Heather doesn't have much to say, but listens to Billy and takes his card. She walks out and Billy's phone rings. He answers and agrees to meet someone.
Billy arrives at the tack house to meet Phyllis. He assumes that she's going to try to talk him out of doing a piece on Adam and rants that he's not backing off. Phyllis lets him know that she doesn't want him to stop at all! Phyllis fills him in on Adam and Dr. Taylor fighting before he died. Billy asks why she's doing this? Phyllis replies that he makes Nick's life hell - and she wants to get rid of him. She reminds him - he didn't hear this from her. Billy grins.
Jo-Jo's Estate Sale!
Billy is at Mac's bar and they discuss Sharon getting married to Adam - he notes it's a bigger disaster than the plane crash and house fire! Billy thinks Nick must be hating it, but Mac says he gave a nice quote to the paper. Billy believes it was fake. Mac asks disapprovingly if he's thinking of doing an article on Adam and Sharon.
