I really don't know what they are thinking sometimes Auntirhee. As I said I am disappointed with how they chose to spin this part of the s/l concerning Dehlia's DNA, but all I can do is keep pressing forward. I know that their is more to tell for our favorite couple. I think MAB chose this route because, she seriously took the easy way out and she's hell bent on protecting her other characters. That being said I have to support the characters that I like, so I can't dwell on the new spoiler concerning Dehlia. I prefer to think about the possibilities this story will have for Lane. At this point I'm bowed, but not broken and I want to encourage other Lane fans to get beyond this and focus on the big picture-Cane and Lily working their way back together stronger, more honest, and so much wiser.

Good evening, Lily and Cane! Just dropped in to say hello and to say that I missed you on screen today. I see that you will be back tomorrow. I don't like the way the storyline is progressing but I intend to take all this trauma/drama with a grain of salt. I am looking forward to the endgame. I am disgusted with the way the twists and turns the storyline is taking, but I look at them as just smokescreens to dissuade fans of your identity. At the end of the day, I expect the results or endgame of this storyline to be positive for LANE and LANE fans. I still believe that this storyline is necessary to SHUT UP those viewers who are always doubting Cane's intentions. I do believe that He and Lily will emerge a better couple who are more in love with each other and more protective of their marriage than ever. And I want that family to start--PRONTO!! Luv you!

LANE fans, look at the forest! Don't get carried away looking at one or two trees when the whole forest is at stake! Cane & Lily are going to be OK!

As for the cancer storyline for Lily, the writers really need to rethink this mess. There is already too much gloom and doom on Y&R right now. I want to see some good times! some happy times! I want to see people enjoying themselves doing something except suffering or causing someone to suffer!

I still Love Cane and Lily! They are my endgame. To see them reunite with nothing but honesty between the two of them and an even stronger love! This storyline is a ploy to get as many fans as possible to stop watching this couple. But I'm not budging. I was thrown for a loop yesterday and I was mad at MAB. But now I'm okay and want to see them work this through and for Cane bring much happiness to our Lily! I love CAne no matter what! And I believe Lily loves him and her love for him will cause her to forgive him! Long Live Lane!

Love Cane and Lily through good and bad times It's really kind of rough watching these current scenes, but I know in the end things will work themselves out. Lane is my it couple and I will continue to support them in all that comes their way Love Lane.

Bumping up my fav couple

Good afternoon, Lily and Cane! I am here to show my support for you, your undying love for each other, and the best marriage on Y&R! This whole storyline is a conspiracy to take some of the wind out of LANE's sails. This couple is too well written to tamper with, break up, and entirely too popular for the writers and TPTB to tear down. This fanbase is still strongly behind this couple. You simply cannot mess with that chemistry between these two charismatic actors. They are the only reason I am watching this crap in the first place. And you, MAB, are tampering with the only GREAT thing on your entire show.

This storyline is not one that was created to vindicate Cane but is created to make Billy, Chloe, Mac and the rest of the vermin look good while tearing down Cane's good reputation. I am glad that it is happening so that the critics can SHUT THE HELL UP about Cane being a liar and a bad guy. I really did not know what to think until I saw the video clips for tomorrow. This is the GRIMM Brothers and their grusome band of writers working hard to destroy this couple again. Cane and Lily deserve better than this crappy writing they are getting. Y&R deserves better.

By the time this storyline is finished, Billy will look like a choir boy who is marrying the love of his life, Mac. Old Mac even got a non-bash thread although she does not yet have a solid fan base. What's up with that? Who the hell knows what Chloe will be doing nor do I care. I hope she gets her hooks into Nina's young son (PC4) so that Nina can continue screaming, yelling and shreiking while making everybody's life a miserable wreck--especially Chloe's. The only things that I really care about in this whole storyline is that (1) Cane and Lily remain in love with their marriage in tact; and (2) they have a frontburner storyline. They can build their own family as long as their remain together. I have come to the conslusion that this couple does not stand a chance of ever being happy under the reign of MAB. But then Y&R is also dying in the process. Over and out! Back to the top for you! Will catch you later!

I can not bring myself to watch the soap. I can not beleive that the writers did this to the best couple on the show. Honest, sweet & sincere. I am standing by Cane and I hope Lily will too. I am jsut sicke over this. Can't bring my self to watch it.

I will not give up on Lane! My heart is just breaking over all this. I have never seen such an attack on a Soap couple and their fanbase in all my time watching a soap. What has really gotten me upset (not on this board)but on another board I visited, they are just really hating on Cane. They are saying Lily should leave and that she should not forgive him. They are falling into this trap that MAB has set for the Lane fans and if this keeps up I am afraid for Lane. They want us in despair, not voting, not viewing and giving up. I have heard all this ride or die and it seems to me the fans see the first thing that is not written the way we think it aught to be and they just die. I don't like what MAB wrote about the Delia debachle but I will never believe that Cane doesn't love Lily and I won't stop wanting them to get pass this and be together. But if we get angry at Cane MAB has already defeated us! I expected this out of MAB, I even wrote a post with this scenario in it, because I know she has no use for Lane. But I am sorely disappointed in the fans giving up so soon on our couple.

I hate to see what Devon is going to do. It looks like we have come full circle. Neil and Devon opposed Lily and Cane's relationship from the start. They mistreated Cane terribly and now it looks like we are going back in time again. What are MAB and her writing team thinking? This is such a mess!

Hello Mr and Mrs Ashby. I won't say good morning because after yesterday, you're probably thinking what's good about it. Lily, I heard your best friend will be back soon and I am hoping that she is the voice of reason for you. You do not need Neil, Devon and possibly Olivia influencing you in the wrong direction. Colleen has always been there for you and she might could help you see that throughout all of the lies and manipulations on Cane's part that he really does love you. There are many ppl who can't say the same of their husbands.

Cane, I know that today there will be more stunning confessions on your part and it will seem like you have lost everything and everyone but hang in there. You have shown me that you are capable of love and being a real friend so all is not lost. Right now everyone is hurt and disappointed but in time those feelings will be replaced by the knowledge that you are the person that has always been there for them no matter what.

I love you both and I hope you can get your lives back on track sooner rather than later.
