Other posters have not yet seen any aggression, intensity, or real testiness from LANE fans in quite a while. I must commend all of you on your ability to be very resourceful, tactful, and polite in your posts. I have been so laid back that one could almost say that I was in a coma, so I don't understand this aggression label that non-LANERs are hanging on us. Do You? Of course, I have no control over what might happen in the future; but for now, we are and have always been models of etiquette on this MB! ROFL!! |

MsSuperSuds some posters spew that crap about Lane fans being aggressive just to try and get an argument going. I try to figure out the mentality of individuals that get a pleasure out of such childish games. Some also throw out so called speculations and spurmors to try and get the same effect. My suggestion is to ignore some things and just hit them with facts. Also even though I may be apprehensive about this s/l, I believe it's a helluva lot better than what we got last year. |

They may call us this because we just don't lay down and take their crap. We defend our Characters vigorously. I think they are angry because Lane has a fan base that is passionate about them. Need I remind you this is a non bash thread for Cane and Lily! I see you are a Phack fan. I would never go into a thread for Phyllis or Jack and call either of them boring. I have to much respect for the non bash threads. If you are not a fan of Lily's WTH are you doing in hear? Besides Phyllis and Jack do nothing for me and I would never go in their non bash thread or even post there. You have a good day! Oh trust that was not a Lily or a Lane bash I vote EVERYday for CK&DG like I said I love Lane but i'm also a fan of both characters individually so if someone says the character of Cane isn't viable without Lily I disagree with that it's nothing against Lily the last thing i want to see is them break up but at some point and time it will happen and I happen to enjoy DG&CK as Lane and separately when I say some think Lily makes Cane boring I didn't mean Me I was trying to make a point of the fact that some think Lily makes her pairings hot which if that's how you feel fine like I said I think Cane and Lily complement each other but I almost get the impression sometimes that some Lane fans think Lily "makes" Lane and without her DG is nothing and Cane is useless both Cane and Lily make a fantastic couple together but I don't think if they broke up Cane is over either and I feel the same way about Lily too that's all I was trying to say sorry if it came off as a bash just being objective |

So glad you came in and helped us bump up this thread. My opinion of Ck and her pairings and DG and his pairing. Come from experience. I never said I thought DG couldn't go it alone with someone else without CK. But the record shows that CK has had successful pairing, three to be exact. Not so with DG. He is a great actor one of the best I have seen in a long time. But they tried to pair him with several ladies including Amber and it fizzled. He has always been a hunk, and gorgeous. But I and many others never noticed him or saw his great talent until paired with CK. When they put her with him they changed his look and Wow a lot of us Laners sat up and took notice and said where did he come from. Not that CK is all that but sometimes certain pple get paired with certain pple and something clicks. That normally would not if these pple were not connected! Case and point Sharon and Nick love um or hate um when they are together they have a certain chemistry that they do not have with other characters on the show. DG has great chemistry with Jill and K. He oozes chemistry and so does CK and that is why when they are together the chemistry between them is undeniable. |

As I have said many many times I'm loving and supporting Cane and Lily through all the angst and drama, because Lane is well worth it |

Charme, very well put, and yes the complete story has not unfolded, as I have said over and over again, I still believe that Cane is the one. Now it appears that there was not even a baby switch, but we will see. There are hidden agendas behind everything going on, and I personally cannot wait to see what they are. I believe they will all come to be in Canes favor. Now, on to Lily who will later think she is pregnant, I do so hope she is. But I know this will be crappy to. Wonder whats in store for this little storyline. |

Phackfan and Anny, excellent put both of you. I too am a fan of both and I agree that they go together period. I only watch because of Lane. If the time comes that they pair them with other ppl, I will not watch. It's like the Cane/Chloe and Billy/Lily era. I found that too painful so I didn't watch. I would stalk the boards hoping to find that Lane had gotten back together and when that time came, I tuned in again. |

This is a thread for people who love Lily and Cane as a couple. I do not understand that little backhanded schism between them that keeps creeping into your posts. Who are you and what are you about? Why are you posting in this thread if you have all those doubts? There is something a little eerie about your posts. Your posts make me skeptical about any devotion you might have as a true LANE fan, but that is just my opinion. My suggestion is that if you love Cane ONLY, then just go to that thread and post. Don't uplift one and bash the other--at least, not in this thread. |
