The only thing not allowed in the GCAC Virtual Gym are violations of the guidelines! This is a place to relax and blow off steam. There is no actor bashing or poster bashing allowed whatsoever!

Hey I am still waiting for my massage from yesterday! I prefer Billy this morning. Heard he has some healing hands. Tell Nick he can hand me my towel when I get out of the hot tub afterwards. Lauren need to talk to you later about those new shoes you have on display. Hope you have them in a 6. Amber I need something spectacular to wear tonight. Do you think you can up with something? Cathrine those diamonds will look great with the dress Amber designed. Hey wait. Lauren I need a makeover.

Watchout girls, I'm on my way back to the gym. There might be a catfight over Malcolm and Brad. Oh wait I just seen Nick and J.T. lifting weight without their shirts. I think I'll take a break and enjoy the scenery!
