Lily figures the child is innocent and deserves a father. I don't agree with this but that's the spin they've put on it. I blame Mrs. Chancellor for part of this. She basically gave Lily an ultimatum you and Cane or the honorable thing Cane and his unborn child. What choice did the girl have?


I'll agree with you on the point of what Mrs C told Lily, but what I don't see is why would Lily get upset b/c of Colleen and Daniel. She almost acts jealous, I don't want him, but I don't want anyone else having him either. I know Colleen was her best friend, but he has a right to date whoever he wants. It's not like he did it to spite Lily.




I've read several posts of Lily not liking Colleen/Daniel's relationship, and I agree too that she seems jealous. She seems to be in love with Cane so why would she care who Daniel is with? He shouldn't have to have her approval to be involved with someone.
I feel she's to be admired for stepping back for the baby's sake, but no one made her do that. Maybe it's time she realizes that life goes on, pick up the pieces and move on.


Yeah. Just move on with Cane


That may eventually happen, but it ain't going to happen for awhile. The writers aren't having Billy showing an interest in Lily to have nothing come of it. He knows if he says too much about Chloe and of his knowing her, that may end the Chloe/Cane marriage, and that's definitely not what Billy wants. He's a player and doesn't care about his half-brother's life. Or happiness.

First, I think this is a Great Post!
Next, I think Lily, Amber and Jana would be Wild and Fun to watch!
As far as Lily being jealous of Colleen and Daniel I don't see that. I think Lily knows that Daniel is not over Amber and doesn't want either one (colleen and Daniel) hurt because she genuinely cares about both of them. I must admit it would be wierd for me knowing my best friend was interested in my Ex. Especially if she never broached the subject with me and I saw them hanging out! I probably wouldn't mind, but would feel really awkward. Don't really know, because Thank God it's never happened.

Last, I don't think Billy wants Cane and Chloe to break up because Billy is a Bad Boy with a Capital B and he probably feels he's one-up on Cane to see Cane raising his child in a loveless marraige. He probably sees the Humor in that.


This s/l sucks and is unoriginal. Very similar to Dru and Malcolm, Phyllis and Danny in a twisted kind of way. It's been done to death on the soaps. Father to be eventually finds out child isn't his, but he loves the child anyway and in some cases stays in loveless marriage with Mom. Corny to say the least. JMO
