Why didn't Chlohoe trap Billy instead of Cane?

Jill is a Chancellor by married. Billy is Abbott with John Abbott is his father. Jill madden name is Scott. |

I think Chlo knew that Billy was Cains brother but wants to get back at Kay because she thinks that she was never good enough and that is why they sent her away. So if she has a baby by a Chancellor she will consider herself just as good as they are and they will have to except her. |

The whole I'm the maids daughter and I was sent off to an expensive school and I'm damaged as a result is so ridiculous to me. I think that Billy ditched her, so she had to trap Cane.To prove something to Billy, as well as to her Mom, whom she thinks isn't good enough. No I think that she fell in love with Billy and realized later that he was a chancellor and would've swept her under a door matt if he found out she was Kate the maids daughter. Billy wouldn't have dated her if he knew that. |

Billy wouldn't have dated her if he knew that. I agree complete with the first part, that she fell in love with Billy. Now, Billy is a PLAYER and Chloe knew that. He doesn't care who the girl is as long as she's willing (he's got Amber now right). But Chloe loves him & realized after she was pregnant (?) that he would not be a good father, that's when she starts scheming to get Cane (knowing the DNA would be similar enough) and knowing Cane wanted a baby. She may have decided to get pregnant to get back at Mrs. C, but I think that was just a line that seemed to fit. |

If Chloe knew that Billy came with money, then that negates the assumption that she hooked up with Cane because he has access to the Chancellor fortunes. Her motive must have been to catch the best father for the baby. If she were strictly after money, then Billy would have been the better alterative since he'd simply pay the child support and Chloe could still live her life as she wants. Regardless, this story line is bizarre. |

Now, Chloe is gonna get what she gave when she sees Billy start to make his moves on Lily.  Great writing.. I wonder if part of Chloe's plan was to make Billy jealous? His baby will be calling Cane daddy....(not that we are to believe Billy wants to be a father right now). |

She would have known this and trapped the real father into marrying her. They did not meet in boarding school. Billy went to Willow (something) Academy. He was dated Mac and Brittany in high school. He was going to marry Mac until they found out that Jill and Catherine were mother and daughter...billy and mac are first cousins.
