Victor gives a televised statement about his return and announces that Neil Winters is the CEO and will be running Newman Enterprises...Adam, Victoria and Nikki watch the televised statement at the athletic club. When Adams heres that Neil is the CEO, he turns and walks out while Victoria looks at him and smiles...Victor also asks the media to leave him alone as well as his family. He wants to be alone...

Sounds like Victor is still grieving for Sabrina or maybe plotting more revenge on Walter's bosses....
