At long last, may we PLEASE get one NEW SET on the Y & R? The Bold and Beautiful have gorgeous homes. Nikki almost got a new house with her millions to share with David Chow. Gloria, with millions, doesn't leave Jack's house. Adam is kicked out and will probably go to the "club" to stay with Heather. Chloe doesn't want to live with Cane, so she barges in the Chancellor Mansion to unpack. Please vote who you want to see get a new place to live! With all of her recent losses, I vote for Nikki to get a place...my second choice is for Nick to finally get a great house!

I guess Nikki will need somewhere to live. I don't think she'll want to go back to the GCAC after living there with Chow and probably won't want to continue living with Vicky and JT. I can't see them adding another mansion to the show though. There are already three so she'll probably get an apartment.

Don't Victoria & JT, & Nick & Phylis get kicked off the ranch? Maybe they should all get new places.

I was recently thinking about this very topic. There are so many characters that could use a new dig. I would love to see Neil move out of that dank apartment that he has been in for decades. I am hoping to see Adam and Heather move into a swank place together. That matchbox called a house that Phyllis and Nick live in annoys me. Also, I really do not like the Chancellor mansion. It needs an overhaul. Devon's place is fine but it should be set-up more like an artist studio with sleeping accommodations instead of a plain apartment.

On a positive note I like Cane's house but I do not think it is befitting of a CEO. I hope Amber stays in the condo because it suits her. Victoria's home is beautiful. The Newman mansion is wonderful. I am hopeful that the Abbott mansion and pool house will be beautiful once the remodel is completed. I have always loved the pool house.

Nikki Bought a mansion for her and David. Just because he's gone doesn't mean she doesn't own the place- that we have unfortunately NEVER yet seen. If the writers put her back in the club, or at Victoria's- that will just be weird. I want to see Nikki's house!!!! I hope that it is elegant, sunny, bright, and full of flowers! Y&R doesn't skimp on the floral arrangements have you noticed; dreary old sets with huge bouquets .

Newman Ranch: Needs some SERIOUS updating... peach and light blue are so 1980's
Chancellor Mansion: Hasn't chnaged a bit since the early 1970's
Nicks: Just too blah, would be better for Devon or just Lily..small and country= girly
Ambers: LOVE it
Michaels: OK, however, I like Kevin better
Abbotts: Has potential...love the front door

Neil don't have to move, but somebody please change that nasty, ugly couch. I hate it.

I don't think that we've seen Paul in a house since Isabella, can't remember who's couch he was making out on his or Maggie's and he needs an office too. Restless Style was JT's loft makeover. I think Victor needs to sell the Ranch and start over in a cool comtemporay place in the country, his house is so stuffy. Like others have posted people need to get places of their own instead of moving in with someone.....what a bunch of tightwads! If I had as much money as most of them I sure wouldn't want to be living with someone else. I'm sure Nikki could get a good rate at the GC Motel 6.

Sharon.... she should leave Jack and she and Noah should get a place on their own for awhile. It would be awesome to see the single mother as a story line for awhile.
