What would you do?

If you were Nikki...would you have flown to Mexico to find Victor?

Begged him to not leave again and come home with you?

Forget about him saying to you just a month earlier that he wished you were in the morgue with a toe tag?

Proclaim your love to Victor knowing that he loves himself more?

Just wondering...how many of you would or wouldn't do what Nikki did?

I'll start: H@ll to the naw! I would not have gone looking for him, and would instead be trying to piece back what remnants of dignity and pride I'd hopefully have left from David's lies and deceit...I would have been with Victoria and Nick, and spending more time with the grandkids now that I no longer work at Jabot...eventually, I would go on a trip to either a quiet locale involving water (ocean, waterfalls, etc), or going on a world tour to visit other countries/cultures, kick back and have fun!

When I got back...if Victor was in Genoa City, I would be surprised but would support Victoria and Nick's adjustment to their father being back rather than resurrect some old love flame with Victor...I would not pursue any romantic feelings with Victor---only hellos and goodbyes if we run into each other--of course, depending on what my hormones are doing to me that day, I might flip him off or slap the spit out of his mouth...who knows>...

I agree, Nikki was stupid for that. Victor doesn't treat anyone well, especially not her. She should just let it go. I saw that and I was like Oh god p-lease... she's just hanging onto the security Victor gave her when he pulled her out of the strip club.

I agree with both of you. He treated her very badly.
If he had not ran off when Nikki needed him, she would never have been vulnerable to David. Victor hired him, Victor is just as responsible as anyone else for anything David did.
Victor should have swallowed his own pride and confessed that he loved Nikki when he had the chance. Instead of trying to bully her in to making a decision that he wanted.
Not being honest and up front is what led her in to believing he didn't care and staying with David.
He would never have gotten involved with Sabrina, and she would still be alive if it weren't for Victor's ego.
So he can blame himself
I wish the writers would wise up, and write Niki with some common sense and dignity. It is a slap in the face to women to keep her groveling at his dirty feet.

I would have gone to get him cause I love him and we are SOUL Mates (whatever that means). Evidently, Nikki is fully aware of Victor and his little quirks--he hates her, he loves her, he loathes her, he loves her, etc., I think she was just the person to motivate Victor--rekindle his current feelings of hate for her, remind him that there are people in GC he can torment--in other words give him purpose to live again.

First let me clarify, I've personally never been 'hurt' by my son's father (also my husband), so maybe I don't have that nastiness you get afterwards to go by...That being said...

I may have done the same thing. This is a man I once loved all my everything, and the father of my children. Even if I hadn't done it for myself, I would go to the end of the world to bring my children's father back to them, especially if I though for one second he was alive, when the rest of the world thought him to be dead.

IDK.. On one hand I think I would in an attempt to find him for closure purposes. Just becuase of the way things went down. I would feel responsible for recent events too. However, once I saw him and spoke to him that would be it.. I am not sure I would have professed my undying love to him at that point.

On the other hand...We have seen Victor pull the disappearing act and came back from the dead way too many times.. Jack was right.. Unless you see Victor's body, I wouldn't believe he was dead either.. I would let victor eventually surface when hes was ready and give him a chance to clear his head..
