Adam is a Jerk and you all know that

Adam is a snot nose punk. He could never be in the same league with Jack, nor Victah Claus. He walks into money, (so he thinks) and thinks he is invinsible. He is truly a punk and needs a heavy dose of reality. JMO

I'm going to love to see his facial expression when he finds out that Victor is still alive.He will be put out by the tail of his pants when the great Victah gets word of his over enthusiasm of inheriting all the loot and not really giving a dam about his suppose fathers demise. JMO.

Heather needs to run for the hills. Adam is even showing her his true colors.

He's a selfish, greedy little brat who will be out on his a$$ as soon as Victor gets home.

Adam is showing signs of an abuser. I hope he abuses Heather so Paul can kick his arse.

Adam is acting sort of coldly towards Victor in reaction to being shut out of Victor's life until he was an adult. He is very much like Victor...ruthless and unforgiving.

Heather should give Adam the boot. Imagine if she married him. This is just the beginning, then the abusiveness kicks into high gear. Heather should get out while she can. All the red flags are there.

I would have done like Heather, grabbled the letter to read, but why stay there and read it only to be caught. I would have taken it and high tailed it out of there to read outside of Adam's glance. I wonder what she plans to do with it.
