We know legally that it would be null & void, but with the way some of the s/ls are going, we do have to wonder! We know Brad is going to have to be somewhere, especially now...Maybe he & Jr. can start a company called, "Sneeky & Conniving R US". Actually, Brad should still be on the NE board of directors - he capitulated and sold Victor his ownership share of Jabot in exchange for a seat on the board at NE - that was Victor's idea. Brad kept his part of the bargin and continued working at NE - then Victor got all bent out of joint, assigned all Brad's duties to college freshman Devon, and literally forced Brad out of a job. I don't remember that he was ever forced off the Board of Directors.

Adam requested it to have the power that he wants, he ASKED for that death certification so he could take over. AND NE was not in need of ALL these changes he's implementing, do you really think Victor would want Brad as CEO?????? THis is HIM looking out for Victor, by hiring BRAD, a man that hates Victor and have tried several times to take his company????? COME on people you have to do better than that, everything ADam is doing is for Adam. |

I haven't seen today yet-but I can understand Adam's behavior this far - But, I don't know how he knows what is in Victors will other than what he was told-and there is every chance that all changed around again before Victor split-or that it was never taken care of in the first place? Neil let Victor down by not stepping up and into the position that was his-I don't blame Adam one bit for firing him-they all ganged up on Adam ,and now is his chance to get even-and he is going to. Whatever he does-they all have coming in spades....Go Adam!! |

oh please, adam is going to make changes,why? was NE not making money? that little squirt is in way over his head, brad as ceo, gmab? oh and move heather in as soon as possible, a memorial service would be nice first |

He threatens to make some, but we don't know yet what he means by that.

Let adam dig himself deeper and deeper. I can't imagine anyone approving what Adam is doing.. I agree totally with you. Anyone who has been watching Y&R knows that Victor is very loyal to Neil and vice versa. There is NO WAY Victor would fire Neil without just cause. Little Hitler is just flexing his muscles and he knows that Neil would watch out for the good of the company and Little Hitler wants him gone so he can do just as he pleases! Talk about a pain in the arz!!!! Oh and I almost forgot - Heather living in Victors House - Victor did not even want her to visit the ranch!!! |

It doesn't necessarily follow that Adam would be in charge in the event of Victor's death. He didn't even take a breath before ordering a death certificate and taking over. |

I don't recall anything being said about profits dropping, losing market share, etc.... I thought Victor hired him because he was his son and wanted to create a place for him there to help keep his promise to Hope. I'm not convinced Victor felt the placed needed to be "spiffied up". That sounds more like Adam's vision, not Victor's. |

But Eppy, as a corporation they still have to follow corporate law and one cannot simply disregard the BOD at one's whim. I actually think Brad is a great choice, but obviously Victor is not going to like that.... And I am highly anticipating the reading of the will. I can't wait to be honest.
