I KNEW! Victor wouldn't just turn on his son for no reason, just like always, you have to come after Victor, or cross him in some way in order for him to chew you up and spit you out. Victon in no way intended for his loyal employees to be tossed out of HIS company. Adam has done everything Victor warned him never to do again. He signed off on that huge contract with that company that was in the middle of a lawsuit, and now he's signing NE up for some other huge venture with no input from any of the seasoned executives at NE, and what you bet, it's gonna be another bust.

Victor doesn't play when it comes to two things, his family, and his company, mess with either of those in any order, and your butt is grass, and Victor the rider mower, he's gonna chew Adam a new one, that's for damn sure.

NE is Victor's baby, he created that company from nothing, that's why he's so protective of it and would get in any of his kids butts if they place that company at risk. Adam hasn't learned a damn thing. Victor my man, handle your business.

I'm sure Victor will be very pleased when he will found out that Adam has changed things such as getting rid of those old school procedures. Yeah, the same old school procedures Adam ignored when he got in trouble the first time.

It's hard to believe that this is Hope's son! He sure did not inherit an ounce of her genes!

Victor will definatly have a lot to rip Adam about. Another thing I wonder about is what will Victor's reaction be when he discovers that the two children, (Victoria and Nick) that he wanted to disinherit are the ones that worked to find him and protect his company while JR. was chomping at the bit to take over daddy's spot and not lifting a finger to find him or taking advice from trusted advisors?

Victor's way is law... He has proven many times that it is his way or the highway.
Adam is in effect showing Victor that he disrespects, and disagrees with his way. Tossing Neil. Ignoring "old school" and bringing the company forward... in his words to Neil, showed that he doesn't respect the way Victor was running the company. He thinks he knows better. Victor won't put up with that at all.

I can't wait for Victor to come back and toss Adam out on his fanny! Also, I miss Victor. I want to see what he'll be up to when he returns. How will he respond to Nikki and the other sibblings. He'll still be mourning Sabrina. I also hope he gives what for to Jack also. I'm so sick of Jack also.

i am going to take another point of view. victor should fire neil it is time for neil to go! adam was right to fire neil if neil is so valuable he should have no problem getting another job. neil made victoria ceo, when he should have waited for victor to come home. he can't seem to handle indigo, his family and his resposibilities at newman neil only caused more rift between victor's children by mixing things up while victor was out of town. neil is playing his own game at newman and should be held accountable for making changes when victor had already left adam in charge
