I guess he could be "Liam" but 2 things stand out, first, supposedly I keep hearing "billy" is or was in I believe Hong Kong working for Jabot. and second did'nt Amber lie about the "surfer dude" just to tick off Daniel and make him jealous because she'd seen him kissing Colleen. I guess we'll wait and see . Good theory though, very well could be true
