how was vicky able to kick adam out of the ranch-- and make decisions at newman ent. I really must have missed something

The board voted her in as CEO. SHe was able to kick Adam off the ranch, because years ago Victor made the ranch part of Newman ENterprises for a tax break

Iam glad Victor did that because really Adam just showed up 6 months ago and he really has not been around that long...so I think that Victoria had every right to kick him out of the ranch!
