Yeah, the actor is 67 years old and has been in Y&R since 1980. How dare he takes two to three weeks vacation in a row every summer. |

I agree that actors need time off for vacation or even to do another movie or series. More power to you. But can't the writers just go with a s/l that doesn't involve him while he is away. There are some really talented actor and actress that can carry on with the show without Victor's disapearance. One thing about it atleast Gloria has not been shoved up our bu-- so much! |

Gloria is putting a little steam into the story now with the help of Jeff trying to take over Jabot this i think is going to play out very well for the story line. |

It's because Eric Braeden is a big star on and it's probably in his contract! But the writers could have him just go on vacation rather than disappear after a death or the break-up of a love affair. You know, sorta like, "I'm going to Disney World!" |
