I don't think amber set anything up either! And the possibility that Liam could be Billy just may be true. I mean the way the writing has been lately anything is possible.
and Amber never said the dude was a trust fund kid. She said Surfer.
Pro surfers don't exactly come from rich families!! I know because I surf and live a block from the beach in So Cal and surfers who have money make it themselves by winning surf competitions. So Chloe and her trust fund comment were just LAME.

I don't think Amber is either. I actually want there to be a Liam - whether it's Billy or not. I just know you can't put it past Scamber either to set it up.

I just read that Billy starts taping on Monday. I don't know how far ahead they tape but I imagine we will be seeing him on our screen the next few weeks.
