I just read on another soap opera website (soapcentral.com) that Chloe is gonna turn out to be Ester's daughter, Kate. Ester hasn't seen Kate in numerous years and neither has Mrs Chancellor...If this turns out to be true, it sounds like a good storyline |

That might be true, and it would be a good s/l, but I'd think Mrs. C would reconize her, after all, Esther has worked for her forever. Maybe she's been MIA too. |

I'm glad that Kate Linder (Esther) is getting a good s/l. I knew Chloe had some sort of twisted history. She was probably maltreated by whoever adopted or raised her, and now, she wants to punish everyone. I wonder if she knows Esther is her mom? Perhaps she's trying to strike it rich, particularly on Jill and Kay's dime, because she knew that her mom couldn't take care of her due to her job. Sometimes being disadvantaged can make you jilted and reach out for everything you can grab. She feels entitled and wants to be important. Now, Esther's going to feel all this guilt for how her daughter has turned out. Maybe Chloe can reform a little and end up with Billy. She the new Phyllis; you kinda love to hate her! |

Can't possibly be. Kate has been in boarding school since she was school age. She stayed with her mom on the Chancellor estate until then. There was always knowledge she was 'around' when she was an infant and toddler. Kay made provisions in her will for Kate early on. And in the meantime, there has also been reference of her being in boarding school. She was born Kate Tina Valentine and was conceived during a ONS Esther had with Tiny, the plumber. There is also another thread on this subject. Don't know the source of this RUMOR, I don't believe it is a SPOILER! I found nothing on soapcentral.com about this. |

I was really young when Esther had Kate, so I don't know who raised her. I'm just saying that naturally, Esther couldn't, so Chloe/Kate would come back with a beef because her mom, a domestic, couldn't keep her. Maybe that's why she's so materialistic and allergic to anything that doesn't scream "designer"! |
