Hi Hot Pink, I'm glad you're having some good weather. Ours has been rainy off and on, and very cool. It didn't rain for the dance, and Emily had a great time. Check your e-mail soon I'm going to send some pics. I had to catch up on the soap too. I watch on the computer now. CBS has about 2 weeks at a time, plus older ones if you look. I had about two weeks to catch up on. I haven't been too happy with the s/ls. Well it's getting pretty late, and I have work in the morning, so I guess I'd better get myself to bed. Have a good day tomorrow, and take it easy.

I'm glad the weekend is finally here. Sadly, its going to be cold, cloudy, and rainy part of the time. We are supposed to go on a hay-ride tonight. I know it will be really cold, I just hope no rain. We've had 2 frosts now, and the weather man even mentioned a possibility of snow flurries over the weekend. YUCK! OH well, guess I'll make some chili tomorrow and just stay in. I hope everyone is doing well. Hope to hear from some of you soon.

My goodness, I had to go back 15 pages to find this thread. Its time to bring it to the front again. Hot Pink, I hope you are ok. I haven't heard anything from you in a while. OAT and others, hope you are ok too. If anyone new, or anyone that used to post here decides to take a look... I sure hope you will post. This thread used to be so much fun. I've gotten to know some wonderful people from all over. I think the loss of our dear friend Anita kind of hurt this thread, but as much as she loved to post here, I just know she wouldn't want it to die off. I have found encouragement, support and friendship here. Also some really great recipes. I really hope we can revive this thread. And I really hope some of the people who used to post here will start again. There were some wonderful pet lovers here and people with many different interests. Love to all..

Hello messy cook, Tilo, Old and Tired, Gommie, Eppy, bobbiejean, and all of our other friends! I'm sorry I've been away for so long. My computer died a couple of weeks ago and I've been going stir-crazy without it. I've missed "talking" to you all, here, and via emails. I miss Mamabing tremendously, too, and really miss her posts. But, I know she is smiling down on us. Today is T.A.'s 3rd birthday. I took the M&M birthday cake I made for him to my mom's this afternoon and we had a great time. He is such a joy, as is Kaitlyn.

I hope you are all doing well! And, I hope we will keep this chit chat thread alive. I've really missed you all during hte past couple of weeks! Take care, my dear friends!

Good Tuesday morning, Everyone! It's a beautiful sunny day here, though quite chilly out. It's great to see the sunshine this week, though, after having so much rain during the past few days. It sure is wonderful to be posting again! I missed not having a computer! Hope you are all doing well and will have a GREAT day!

Its sunny here today too, its about 13 or 14 degrees so for Canada fall day compared to the cold we had last week its quite enjoyable. I went to the YMCA then for a walk down by the water and sat on a log for a while and listened to the water wash up against the rocks. I watched the loons and geese, it is so natural, perfect and real.
I miss Mammabing too, I think of her often and miss recieving her wonderfull recipes and hearing her voice on the phone. She never forgot a birthday or christmas card. I can imagine her family is missing her too. I knwo we all miss her posts but I also sense she would not want us neglect our chit chat thread cause she is not here to post. I bet she would want us to keep posting and conecting with each other. I know I have been horrible the last few months with posting and even responding to e-mails and facebook messages.

Hi Hot Pink, I'm glad to see you back. I was getting worried that you weren't feeling well or had the flu. I hate it when the computer crashes. We've been having trouble off and on with the internet. Sometimes it's out for days at a time. It's too bad you had to get rid of your puppies so quickly. I pray too that the pound could find good homes for them. It would be so hard to not know. I'll bet TA had a great time at his birthday. It's hard to believe that he's 3 already. I hope you continue to have good weather. It is just beautiful here. The leaves are at the peak of their color. Emily had an outdoor photo session today for her senior pictures. It couldn't have been more beautiful. Some of the shots were on a bluff overlooking the Mississippi. I'm anxious to see the proofs.

Hi Tilo! It's great to see you back chatting again. How have you been? I gather from your post that you've just recently moved to a new location. Where are you now? Is it far from where you used to live? I hope you'll be very happy there. Are you now a wine sommelier?(I probably spelled that wrong) Your nature walk sounded wonderful. I love being outside in the fall, especially near the water. We live right along the Mississippi so I go there and enjoy the wildlife and scenery.
