Hi Hot Pink, It's been cool here too, but not too rainy. The leaves are just beginning to show a little color. I think we'll have a beautiful fall here because we got a lot of rain over the summer. I didn't do much but sleep yesterday. By the end of the week I am just completely worn out. We have very difficult kids in the room this year, and I really have to stay on top of things.

Good Sunday morning, Everyone! The sun is trying to peak through after several days of rain. It's still cool, though, which is nice. Thomas and T.A. stopped by for a couple of minutes (to get the Sports section) before heading home to get ready to watch football. Christopher is watching the games at a friends, so I'll be alone most of the day. Guess I'll be catching up on shows I recorded yesterday/last night. Monday is here again. It was very cool when I went to work, and still pretty cool when I got off. There is frost in the forecast for tonight. That's early for here. It's usually mid October. Work went pretty well today. I only had a problem with one kid. Hot Pink, I hope you're feeling well. Lady53, I hope you'll come back and chat again. Bye for now.

Hi everyone, sorry I haven't been by to say hello to you all. My internet was out forever (so it seemed) and then I just started a new job on Friday. Yeahhhh! I love it sure is right up my alley although have to admit I was so overwhelmed at first (sweaty palms and all). I had my grandson Luke for 4hr.s today and decided parenthood is much harder than the workforce. But so much more worth it! Now I am back to work, just wanted to wish you all well. Sweet dreams all!

Hi Old and Tired, Glad to see you back. What kind of job do you have now? I know what you mean about parenthood, at the beginning of Sep. I kept my 2mo old grandson for 3 days and nights. It sure was a lot easier when I was younger.

Hi Hot Pink, How wonderful, you finally got to spend some time with that sweet girl. I'm sure you had a great time. Is she crawling yet? Emily and I both played hookie today. It's Emily's 18th birthday, so we took the day and went shopping, then everyone came over and we grilled hamburgers for dinner. It's hard to believe my "baby" is 18 now. And my oldest will be 29 at the end of Oct. I can't believe that either!! It's hard to think that I have a kid that's pushing 30. Oh well I guess that's just the way it goes. Hope you're doing well.

Hi Hot Pink, I hope you are doing well. It was cold cloudy and rainy here today. Too bad too because its homecoming week. There was a parade this evening, and it started pouring down rain about 15 min after it started. I hope it is nicer tomorrow for the football game, and on Sat night for the dance. It's a good thing I picked up some hot chocolate mix last night. I think Emily will need it when she gets home tonight. Do you have any plans for the weekend?

Hello, everyone! It's a beautiful day here and the temps are just right! I'm staying inside, though, with my foot propped up watching the tv shows I recorded this week. My DVR is getting full and it's time to delete a few things! Hope you are all doing well and are having a great weekend!

Hi, my friends! It's a beautiful day here. The sun is shining and the temp is just right. I'm having a lazy day watching TV (not much new there). Hoping to see T.A. and Kaitlyn later since The Panthers aren't playing today. But, nonetheless, Thomas loves his football, so he will probably stay glued to his TV.
