The Young and the Restless - MESSAGE BOARDS

]Thank You all for the nice welcome. It is nice to be on a board where everyone isn't at everyones throat every post you make. I just left a board I had been a member of for years but it got to where it was nothing but a battle with every poster everytime you posted. Most were very rude and even a lot of filth and trash talk. Oh I can talk the trash but it doesn't make for a good board with members fighing all the time so I decided to find another place to post. So far I am enjoying the board.
Yes, I have an air conditioner and would die if I didn't but I sure don't want to see my bill this month. It seems to run 24/7.
Hey Oreo, everytime I see a post of yours I see a beautiful dog and I am a dog lover. I have 6 dogs and 6 cats. I am into rescue work. Is she by any chance a Border Collie? She looks like one and I have 3 Border Collies myself and they are great dogs.
Again so far, so good and I really am enjoying posting with all of you.

Good morning, Everyone! Just got back from the pain doctor. He increased my meds so, hopefully, I'll get some much needed relief soon. It's a beautiful day here, not too hot (yet). Hope you are all doing well and will have a great day!

Good Morning, Everyone! It's a lovely day here with a high around 90 - I know that's COOL compared to the temps some of you are having. My son can't tolerate the heat and to him 90 might as well be 120. Strange, since he was born in Phoenix AZ! The pups are doing great! And, we only have to find homes for two of them now, which is great! Hope you are all doing well and will have a wonderful day!

What kind of pups do you have? Nothing like puppies and kittens. I love all of them and have a huge zoo at my house with 6 dogs and 6 cats but no more puppies. They are work. Hope you find good homes for the puppies you have left. Hope you have a great day and hug those pups for me. Is there anything like the smell of a puppy or a baby? That is unless your changing diapers and cleaning puppy poop.

The dogs that I have are all rescues and the big Border Collie I have was pregneant when I got her and didn't know it. She ended up having 6 beautiful babies and that was my last experience with puppies and it was work from the time you got up in the morning to the time you went to bed. I ended up putting them in the bathroom and was constantly changin their bedding and when they were finally up and walking around they ate the carpeting in the bathroom so as much as I love them no more puppies for me. Your pups sound adorable and I know you will have good luck in finding them wonderful homes. That is the best part, seeing them go to forever homes

It only took me one litter of pups to realize no more for me. I could hug all of them to death but I sure don't want anymore. Another thing is if you're like me, I had such a hard time parting with all of them and wanted to keep all of them even though I knew we couldn't keep them.
We inherited a 10 month old Daschund just a few months who is puppy enough for me. We had a hell of a time housebreaking him and he is into everything. A real Pistol Didn't want him but I got him and he has grown on us. His name is Big Bad LeRoy Brown and believe you me the name fits him.
I know you will find them good homes and hope you don't miss them too much when they are gone but I am sure you need the rest when you are finally rid of them.

Well LeRoy is finally calming down and Daschunds are rather hyper anyway and he had no training when we got him so being his age it was really hard to get it thru his thick head that he had to go outside to the bathroom. He has it down pat now but is still very rambunctious. He belonged to a lady that had cancer who couldn't get up to take him out and he didn't have much love or anyone or other dogs to play with so he is having a ball here with the other dogs.
Let me know how the house training goes but boy I don't envy you. Good Luck

P.S. Don't ever get me to talking about dogs because I am a dog freak and love to talk about them. THey make my world go round.

It is 1:15 in Texas and I have been to bed and rudely awakened by tiny feet prancing over my body and eyes staring and breathing in my face. The dogs wanted out and I knew I had better get up or pay the price. They have been outside, fed and gone back to sleep while I am wide awake. I dont know whether to say good morning or good night to everyone but I will catch a few winks before the sun comes up and go from there. It is going to be another hot one but that is nothing new. Either way, I hope everyone has a great day.
