Hello, everyone. Hope you all had a nice weekend. It's been raining here, but looks like the sun is trying to come out now. The pups are getting so big and are so playful. They are so happy to see me when I open the bedroom door. Guess they think I'm their other mother (which I am). Hope you are all doing well, my friends, and will have a wonderful afternoon.

Hello everyone, I trust that you all had a wonderful weekend. It is cloudy with the threat of rain here today. I just got back from helping my son with is car that was stolen last night. He woke up this morning to find it missing, he made a police report, they called back to tell him that it was found but not in good shape, so we went to the junk yard where it was towed to get his things out of it. He is an heating and A/C certified tech and had some of his tools in his car along with some other items. He is going to look for another vehicile this weekend. Have a wonderful day everyone.

Hi I am new here and today is my first day of posting. Seems like a pretty nice board. I live in SE Texas and I can't tell you how hot it is. We have temps over 100 for 21 days in a row and no relief in sight. We have had no rain and none of that in sight here either. They are saying they might have to ration our water and electric if the heat keeps up. I hate winter but I sure can't say I like this heat much better. Everyone have a nice day

hi everyone, hope you are all enjoying your day. Weather's been the same lately probably low 100's again. I don't listen to the news anymore it is not something I want to hear. H.p. so glad those puppies are doing good but I won't envy you soon enough when they all running around underneath your feet. My grandma God rest her soul was tiny maybe 4'10 with probably a size 5 shoe at the most. She had 10 children, many grandkids and animals everywhere. She used to say "What do I have to do cut off my feet to keep everyone off them or underneath them!"

Shorty sorry to hear about your son's car. It is just so uncalled for especially when they tear it up. I have had a car stolen 4 times. First two times they destroyed them. The last time they stole my Honda twice and both times I stoled it back. Such a funny story. But then I was in an accident and to make a long story short we had to pay to fix our own vehicles so I no longer have one.

Donbru, Welcome to the board. I am sure you will feel right at home here. Believe me I can sympathize with you over the weather. Texas, Arizona, and Fresno California have got to have some of the worst summers ever. i hope you have an air conditioner. Mine went out last summer and I am trying to use a swap cooler which doesn't do a whole lot but make you house smell like cat pee and mold.

Welcome aboard donbru, I've only been on board for a few months myself but I really enjoy chatting with the ladies here, everyone is quite friendly. I have a friend that goes to Texas for a month every July, she's from Texas. I don't envy you or her having to deal with that kind of temp for 21 days.

HP, I read your post about the pups and I wish that I was close enough to be able to take one off of your hands, I think that the girls would like having one to play with when they come to visit.

Oldandtired, thanks for your comments about my son's car and I would love to hear about your taking back your car sometime. It sounds like you had fun getting it back. Well, enjoy your evening ladies.

H.p. so glad the pups are doing good. You can't blame poor Sadie for getting tired of feeding them . I breastfed all my kids till they were a year I personally know how challenging and painful it can be while they are teething. Can you imaginge 8 of them. I think you are doing the right thing trying to wean them and I know you can always give them Pedialyte if they do get dehydrated. Unfortunately I haven't seen Luke for over a month. All my kids live at Norman my ex's house and they have all decided to shine me maybe they don't want to make waves since he has money and I don't. It really breaks my heart I even call and ask Nick to put Luke on the phone and he always makes an excuse why he can't talk to me. Atleast least Nick is getting what he deserves like new glasses after 6yrs and braces and new shoes. Just bums me out they shouldn't have to throw me aside to get what they deserve from their father. I just keep picturing Luke's beautiful happy face when he does get to see me. Well I hope you and the pups have a goodnight's sleep.
