Quote Old and tired: Ladies I just found the Denise song on youtube by randy and the rainbows came out same year as I was born maybe that's where my mom came up with the name. My friend did not believe me there really was a real song. Ofcourse sounded alittle different when an older drunk Mexican guy is singing it. Would have sent it for you to get a kick out of but I am not good at doing e-mail with you tube or any other program. Hope you all enjoy your evening. Old and tired - I'll try to find the song on Youtube today. I'll bet you're right about the original song sounding much better than the rendition that drunk Mexican was singing! Good Monday morning, Everyone! Hope all is well. I've caught T.A. (and my mom's) cold, it seems. Scratchy throat, headache, achy all over. So, I'm going to take it easy today. Hate having colds when it's really hot out! Hope you will all have a good day! |

Good evening Hot Pink, OAT, Gommie, Dandi, Eppy, and all I hope everyone had a good Monday. I had to work today until 12:30 and now I'm DONE! I was so ready for this summer break. When I got home I took a short nap then the grand kids came over. We bought a small pool with a slide and sprinkler built in, so Michele went swimmimg while Micah took his nap. Then we had to come in because it started thundering and raining. We had a gully-washer, and now its hot and sticky out. I had to break down and turn the AC on. Oh well at least we made it to June before it got too hot. |

Sounds like Michele loves that pool! I know both kids will enjoy it this summer! I haven't turned my A/C on yet. I'm making do with the attic fan and a large standalone fan for now. Just open the windows and let the air flow through the house. But, I have a feeling that won't last for long since it gets hotter here every day. Hope your family is doing well.
