It's to bad cause I could have used the money and it would have been nice to help him out. I guess I will have a glass of wine as it does'nt look like he will behome anytime soon. Tilo - I know upset you are because you couldn't help Kevin out tonight. I hope things will work out okay for him. I'm sure he'll understand your predicament. How about Creedance Clearwater Revival. I learned their music when I was young and still love them. Will be leaving in awhile to hangout with my grandson this weekend. My daughter works two different jobs on the weekend so I try to give my son-n-law alittle help. He does an incredible job but lord Knows he can use all the help he can get. That boy could wear Richard Simmons out. Hope you all have a great weekend and wanted to let you know I have had a great week talking to you all. Especially today with Tennis on. Hey I finally got those homegrown tomatoes. Yeah they were awesome! Loved the Eagle and CCR-those were definitely the days---enjoy your weekend and that baby- how nice of you to help out --stay cool ok.... |

Anyway, she told me yesterday she was going to the travel agent to pay off the rest of her and her boyfriends trip to our wedding but as a wedding gift to us she was also putting money on our trip. I was speachless, of course I cried and told her I am not asking for wedding gifts, your prescence is the present. She would have no debate over it. I am just speachless. How are you doing today? Tilo- what a very generous thing to do!! How very nice of your friend.......Did you tell her we all want to come   LOL!! Well maybe I will tell her that next week. Don't forget to include how much you love and need us there and we already have out assignments and everything  Tilo - gommie's right! Those assignments will never get done without us there! That's right HotPink- we take these assignments very seriously to......  I feel like a princess....or a star, you guys are my entorouge (sp?) LOL!! Everyone with their assignments. I love it. Yes, yes you are a princess and you call us whatever you like just remember to mention us to your friend.......... I'm on it...now who from y&R should we invite? |

Tilo what is polenta i have heard of it but don't know what it is made from but yours sounds really good what kind of sauce do you make to go with it. |

Corn meal and I buy in a tube already made and cut it into disks and fry it in a pan, then I put mayo with cilantro pesto and romano cheese. it's really good. usually its a side dish but I like it on its own. |

I so remember how good he is and man he did some good songs with Tanya Tucker. My sister actually met her when Tanya was only like 15 years old playing in a nightclub. My sister was happy because she was only 18 going in the club. They went to dinner after and my sister said she was a great person. Man now I have to start listening to his music. My kids think I am a freak because I get a certain artist I want to listen to and play them to death. Thanks for the memories. LOL OldandTired-- I do the same thing......I love PO- his music si so family oriented with such goo messages for all -very inspiring- one in particular that reminds me of this discussion of people helping neighbors-can't remember the name of it though-I need to get my cd out and see if I can find it...... |

I've seen that in the store. I actually almost bought one once, but I was a bit afraid to try it. Now I will, thanks Tilo. BTW did any of you see "Are you smarter than a fifth grader"... The Georgia State School superintendant is the first million dollar winner... She won on the question who was the longest reigning British monarch. She is donating the money to education. |

When my kids were here last weekend my d-i-l and I stayed up till 2:30 in the morning and finished off three (3) bottles of wine--I have never done that in my life.......I blamed it all on her too.. |
