Then of corse debrief etc.. took a lot of time. 6a.m. came early and hubby had to head out to camp. So I won't be on the board much tonight as I need to rest. I really am worried for my hubby tho, because he had another long drive to work after such little sleep since last week with this bad news. So hope all is well with you all, and thanks for your thoughts and prayers. Hi Lila, you get your rest and I'm glad that your husband is home safe.Maybe he will get his rest too. Good morning everyone, 'er afternoon depending on where you are. Lovely day here today - calm ocean, birds singing and sunny. Have the sprinkler on - love the smell of fresh mown grass. Murphy, my corgi, hates water so runs for the hills whenever he sees the hose. He's the only dog I've ever had that is not fond of the beach. He just plops down and watches everyone else enjoy their strolls - little turkey! I had a little terrier who loved the beach 'cause it gave her a good excuse to roll around in the dead crabs and smelly kelp that washes ashore. Always bath time for her after a trip to the water's edge. |

For those of you who don't get out in the sun alot or who use lots of sunscreen, it's quite possible this will happen. For us senior folks, it can be quite noticeable - aching bones, muscle cramps and weakness. Please be sure to have that checked. Sunshine and fortified milk are the only sources for Vitamin D.
