I love both of those shows, but right now they are on DVR. I'm watching the Survivor finale and will catch up with my other two shows right after Survivor. |

It's the three-hour finale tonight. There are three other shows I want to watch at the same time, so I tape two, and watch the third on-line. I watch Survivor and am excited for the finale tonight. I'm still reeling from how stupid Erik was on Thursday to give up him immunity, what a dumbo! After Erik watched the girls pick off Ozzy and Jason he really should have figured out what they were doing? I loved all the jury people just laughing at him  I'm glad they didn't eat Gloria...... hahahahahaha... I had to stop for a minute to determine if you were talking about Gloria the chicken or Gloria Bardwell.. lol |

I am very proud of every one. they are really great kids! Some have been a handful, but they are so sweet ,aren't they? I'm going to dinner, pretty soon, with most of them. One of my kids is out of town, so we won't get to see him and his family, but the rest will be there!!! I hope they have enough seats!!!!  LOL...well, did they? Sounds like a lovely time(-: Hi again!!! The last of them just left!!!When we got home, five more showed up here! But, yes they did have enough seats!! And, we had a great meal and a lot of laughs! Plus, I had two drinks!!! And, I didn't even get wobbly or ill(with all of my meds).But, I'm sure tired and my ankles are sure swollen!!Lol....I wish I had been here for the discussion about the dvd's and t.v. shows!!! That sure sounded interesting! |

Quote messy cook: OK, for all you posters who are 40+: What sucks about getting older? I say, wrinkles, weight gain, and "the change!" I hate the lack of strength. As a long time powerlifter I am now lifting MUCH less weight than I did in my 30's 40's and even early 50's I just turned 59. That and my eye sight is getting worse.

Hi all you young-uns! I just turned 66 and the irony of it is, I don't feel old and don't want to be old. So I hang out with young people (hope you don't mind). |
I use to say...when I hit 40 I started putting brush fires out all over my body; at 50, they were bonfires; and at 60 the great conflagration! God only knows what 70 will be (Good Lord willing). I have survived several surgeries, though, three children, two stepchildren, six grandchildren 23 to 10 months, several jobs, a detached retina, weight gain, lost 4 of my 5 siblings and I'm still here! Wish I had been around for the TV/DVR discussion also, but I do absolutely love Brothers and Sisters and Boston Legal. Timely issues, humor and love. My daughter has been involved in a message board for years and she feels such closeness to all of the people there. I think this is a great idea! Thanks for starting this gommmie! Sorry about your ankle, Bolin. I have never broken a bone! Amazing.

I think the hardest thing for me is my memory loss-I can make adjustments for rest-but that memory thing really bothers me..but I am still so much better off physically than a lot of people......so,I'm good... |

Sounds like a 'real good time' mamabling......
