Quote Lilamoor: How is everyone tonight. HotPink I hope your are feeling better, and not in too much pain. I take a product I get from the health food store called joint care. It helps me with the pain I have... although I still have some in my low back that doesn't seem to go... but it helps my knees, along with absorbine for horses. LOL... sounds bad... but it does work... makes me able to jump around like a girl. Mama. I hope you are feeling better too. Hi to everyone else... I hope you are all well. It is raining, windy, thundering, and quite dark. Nasty weather for this time of year. Cold too. I don't like it at all. Lilamoor - I'm doing better tonight! The pain isn't too bad, which is great. I've heard about that health product but wasn't sure if I should use it. Isn't it a liquid drink? If it is, I have to be careful about the sugar content. And, unfortunately, nothing (short of a miracle) will really help my knee. My doctor says it's basically as good as it's going to get as far as movement, etc. The knot, numbness and whatever that strange substance (as my doctor put it) in my knee are all different matters! I read your post about McShadow still being so aloof. I really hope that will change, especially since it will be getting cold soon. Hopefully, a nice warm bed in your garage (or wherever he stays and eats) will keep him at your place. Cats usually stay where they are being taken care of and fed, so I think McShadow will stay close to you. |

Quote mamabing15: Messy cook lookes like the fight didn't last very long you won,you need get another pc so your daughter have one two you can always give her the old one you keep the new one. Christa is in the 5th grate Kenzie and Kaylee are in the 6 grad. She does have a computer in her room now, so she can do homework. But we only have this one on the internet. If she has research to do, or if she wants to chat she has to use this one. I'll always give it to her for homework, but she can chat around MY schedule. Your grandkids are the age group I work with...6-8 th. That's about the time things get a little harder, and there's more homework, so they start not to like school so much. That reward from grandpa should help though. I hope you don't go broke..LOL. |

Hi Lilamoor, it sounds like you are having some nasty weather. How soon will the snow start to fly? I really don't like cold weather. The only things I like about winter are no bugs, and no mowing. But then there's snow to shovel, but not as often as the grass needs to be mowed. I hope you have some nice weather for your up coming get away. |

It is a glucosamine complex product with herb... such as devils claw, sasparilla, white willow bark... and others. No sugar, and it is capsule. I can't believe the differenc it has made for me. I seriously had so much pain that I couldn't even lie in bed, but getting up was somehow worse, and the tricks I had to come up with to dress... Now I have very little, and really I do move like a 35 yr old at least. I really hope there is a solution for you, Pain is so fatiguing... and since I have insomnia too, I am glad the pain has been reduced. I will pray for a solution. McShadow, I hope is here for the long haul, and we are not giving up on him. |

In the meantime, I'll see what that other doctor has to say. I'm glad you aren't giving up on McShadow. He really needs someone to love him and it's wonderful that you and your hubby are there for him! |

Mama, you were so lucky that you recovered! My sister who whould have been your age died at 62 from infection after heart surgery. The bypass went fine but an infection started afterward, it was made worse by the fact that she was diabetic. They just couldn't get it under control and we had to make the decision to take her off life support after the dr said there was no more hope. |

Mamabing, I just can't believe that with infection coming out of your belly button that a doctor couldn't figure out what was wrong! It really makes you question how good they are if they can't even figure that out. I'm just glad you were strong enough to survive it. |
