Uggerly, it's interesting that you say you were 36. That's exactly how old I am. I don't have kids though. So I'm torn. I'm not sure what I want to do about it, but I am so sick of the pain. |

Quote gommie: Quote Eppy: Quote gommie: Good morning Everyone!! Beautiful day here today- how about out your way? My plan for today is very unexciting. I am weeding out alot of kitchen stuff and appliances I don't use anymore and beginning to clean closets and drawers. My neighbor and I usually have a joint garage sale a couple times a year and the next one is coming up - it's amazing how much stuff one can accumulate in the course of a year. I upgraded on a new food blender so my old one, which is still very good, is now a duplicate. Don't have room for duplicates! So, maybe someone else can use one for dirt cheap! MessyCook-You are creating some fun, fun memories for all of you-Michelle is not going to want to go home and you are going to miss her so much- Does she leave tomorrow?Have a great day today!! HotPink-think tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow, Lamar had a good night-he never moved all night- I guess that tells me something.....trying to get him to eat a little breakfast- I tried to sneak in a little supplement this morning and he is not having any-so I'll do some without... LOL...Neighbor Mike is a retired tailor- and in serious need of something to do- we are having breakfast at 7 this morning and we hear someone digging.....LOL..Mike was out in our front yard digging up an area we are going to replant-he cracks me up- The guy can sew anything-so I gave him my fabric and I'm having him make pillow shams for my bed..trying to find work for him- he made me a dust ruffle and did a terrific job- Tilo-your dad still doing good? Are you feeling a little less stressed? mama, uggerly, tilo, eppy, babygirl How are you this morning and what are your plans for the day? Oh Eppy-clap,clap,clap-good for you-purging gives me such a sense of freedom- I need to do what you are doing so badly- maybe you will inspire me too gommie - I'm so glad Lamar had a good night! He probably felt better sleeping downstairs. Hope he will eat for you today! Sounds like your neighbor Mike is really talented! I'll bet the pillow shams will be beautiful and will look great with the dust ruffle he made! I'm thinking tomorrow, tomorrow, too! I'll keep you posted! Eppy - Sounds like you'll be busy today! Good luck with your garage sale! Once YR is over, I think I'll follow in your footsteps and do some weeding out in my cabinets, too! Have a great afternoon! |

I didn't log on. I may have endometrosis. I always have pain in the pelvic area. It's a hassle. I have a MRI scheduled for Monday. I'm playing catch up at work today since I was out. I don't have much going on otherwise. I hope you all are having a peaceful day. Hi, BabygirlAH! I hope all goes well with your MRI and it turns out you don't have endometriosis after all! I will be thinking and praying for you! The weather here is lovely, around 85 right now, and it's not too humid today, which is great! I hope you will have a good afternoon and hope you don't have to work too hard to catch up! Take care! |

Thanks for asking, but Granny Jan(UGG) is going to rest today! Too much for me, all this fussin'.So, little Itty and I are going to watch t.v. and eat good stuff today! LOL!!!! She likes to share ice cream, heck she likes to share everything. Sometimes we will just put her dog food in her bowl, before we sit down to eat, and she will walk over to it, look at us, like "You guys can do better than this", and walks off into the front room, like she is really p.o'd!!!! LOL! Her eyes tell a tale ,I'll tell you! LOL! Uggerly - Hope you are feeling okay today! I think having a day of rest and pampering yourself will be great! Hope you and Itty will enjoy your ice cream! It's so funny how dogs react to things! I'll bet Itty is so cute! Our dog Shadow loves his treats and I always give him a couple after he's fetched the paper for me in the mornings. This morning, I got the paper myself, but that didn't stop him from wanting his treats! Hope you will enjoy your day! |

Hot Pink, tell Amanda that inducing doesn't cause problems for the baby, in fact it's better to have the baby before the placenta ages and the baby isn't getting what it needs. And you're right, the babies do get bigger. I went two weeks over due with my last one. The doctor finally induced me because he said it was dangerous to wait any longer. I was in labor for three days and on large doses of the stuff that starts labor. She was REEEALLLY stubborn. Finally when I had her she was 10 lbs, and 24". They were just minutes from doing a C-section because she was having trouble passing through my pelvic bones. But finally she came. She's 16 now and never had any problems from being induced. |

My grandmother told me that, out of her 10 children, my daddy's was the only birthday she could remember because he weighed 13 lbs, 8 oz! Now, that's scary!!! I hope her mother isn't filling her head with horror stories (actually, her mother is a horror story!) because it just makes Amanda anxious and unsure of what she needs to do. I just give her info I've read and give her my support and love. Things are going to work out just fine; but, I know all of those false alarms have taken their toll on Amanda! |

I can't imagine why a mother would want to try and fill her pregnant daughter's head with horror stories. But then she doesn't appear to be playing with a full deck anyway. I'm sure Amanda's nerves are on edge with all this as it is. Some women think the contractions are a little more painful when induced, but I have to say I didn't really notice any difference. And there's always pain meds. Angie had an epidural for both of the grand kids. |

Gommie, I'm glad Lamar had a better night. Bless his heart, he's a fighter. I love the picture you're using for your avi. It's so cute. Yes I'm going to miss Michele when she goes home. We will be taking her back tomorrow afternoon. This is the longest she's ever been away from mom, and I was afraid she might get homesick, but she hasn't mentioned it once. |

I was induced with my first son and the contractions weren't too bad; but, I wasn't induced with Thomas and the contractions were a lot worse. I had both naturally without epidurals or pain meds. And, it's different with each child, of course. I'm sure everything will be fine; though, we will all be relieved when our baby girl gets here! |
