Sharon will always be Nicholas's "Nikki" and Phyllis will always be his "Ashley". His father and mother have always come back to each other even though they have had relationships with other people. He will never stop caring for her or worrying about her. He is there everytime she gets involved with someone else giving his two cents. Their romance will always come back full circle the same way Victor and Nikki's has. Victor and Nikki have always found their way back to each other, so will Nick and Sharon. I personally like the two of them together. There is something so innocent about their love, first love! There is so much history between these two not to find there way back to each other. Nick keeps proving that time and time again, and again today when he became so jealous of Adam spending time with Sharon. He had to leave his wife (again) and run to Sharon's side. There are so many similarities between father and son in the romance department. I think that Nick and Sharon will always be the new Victor and Nikki as the years progress.


Victor is known as the black knight, and I think that Nick should be crowned the white knight for always trying to save the love of his life.

Well you know what they say Debrajo, you always want what you can't have and when you have it, you don't want it!!

As if long-time fans could ever forget how much Nick still loves his true love Sharon? Nevah! It's pretty hysterical to me how IF Nick is so happy in his current marriage and he truly meant those re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re joke vows, WHY does he constantly obsess over Sharon? I read the recaps and Nick wasn't even interested in Summer's trick or treating anymore or in what his Mistress wife was blathering about; all he had on his mind was Sharon and Adam! I mean, that just says it all!

Nick and Sharon are the endgame. Josh Morrow said it at the fan event in L.A. in August, I believe, that if one watches soaps long enough, you know Sharon and Nick will get back together (paraphasing). Duh. Of course they are because this is a super couple that fans will not forget because they are unforgettable! They're history and chemistry is unsurpassed, next to Niktor's, and their chemistry together is as alive and crackl'n as it was 15 years ago. That is just amazing!

But really, the ONLY reason they even broke Shick up is because they were together for 10 years already and they decided to break them up just because it was time for a break. Not because their chemistry died, fans turned against them, because Shick was having serious marriage problems pre-Cassie's death. No. They used Cassie's death to break up this super couple and that's why their legion of fans will not let this couple go quietly into that good night. 3 years later and fans still want Shick. Despite all the attempts by the writers to destroy their incredible history and Bill Bell's 2nd legacy couple, the majority of Y&R fans STILL want Nick and Sharon back together. Shick has what can't be replicated by stunt plots or contrived writing: Magic.

I can't wait until this show FINALLY gets back to real believable romance again with the most anticipated reunion in Y&R history: Nick, Sharon and their daughter Faith Cassidy Newman.

All roads lead back to Shick. I'll keep tuning out until I see the show is worth watching again. Viva la Shick!

You are right-on Soul. . .all roads do lead back to Shick. The White Knight will be reunited with his beautiful blonde queen and live happily ever after, long with Noah and Faith.

I also believe they will get back together eventually. Bill Bell clearly set up Sharon and Nick and Niktor2.

The reason Nick can't stay away from Sharon is that he can't let go of Sharon, he never has been able to. People can deny it all they want, but Nick is highly jeaulous of Adam spending time with Sharon and it's making him nuts.

While I want Nick to stay away from Sharon until he gets his head on straight, meaning he realizes his current marriage is a mistake, it's also amusing to watch him vibrate in anger when seeing Adam and Sharon.

But yes, I do realize Shick is endgame, we just don't know when, but given Shick still has a huge fanbase behind it, it's inevitable.

Men are usually jealous of the woman they love, Nick's jealous eyes are saying this.....
