The Young and the Restless - MESSAGE BOARDS

I didn't know Sharon Case was pregnant, that is wonderful. I shall look at one episode she's going to be in so I can see how she looks. Pregnancy does wonderful things to a woman's look and she has to be the most beautiful young woman on this show. She must be absolutely beautiful.

ON TOPIC: we will be blessed again with the Shick reunion. These story tellers are now caught in an unexpected situation with SC being with child. They are so easily confused......so the s/l having Nick with someone he doesn't love could be the only intelligent thing to do.

I'm on pins and needles because, I never thought the last few weeks was the true reunion in the first place ( I felt like it was a lead into the baby being for Nicholas, I also feel a more intense reunion than what were expecting, Nick and Sharon have that heartfelt love where we feel like where right there with them if the writing is really going to go towards the True History I'm expecting something very romantic remember how he always pick her up when he was ready to make love to her (I'll never forget a line Nick said many years ago(I TREAT MY WIFE LIKE FINE CHINA)so I'm waiting for that Fine China to be put back in it's rightful place.

What you said about Jack finding out about the baby not happening isn't the first spoiler I've read that didn't come around. (example: Phyllis sleeping with Adam),is another that I think of and that was months ago.
I hope this so-called reunion between Phick isn't all it's suppose to be, but they've got to have some type of s/l as a reason for Sharon to go on maternity leave.
Im holding out for fall sweeps as to when we Shick fans get what we want with our couple. It's been a looooong drought but hopefully the end result is SHICK all the way.[/quote]

Yea I think that would be about rite. Sharon will have to have maternity leave so Phick will be around till she returns. But after she is back it will be Shick all the way. I can't wait until the day our Shick rules the show again. This magical couple are unstoppable. Go Shick!!![/quote]

Hey thank you guys for telling me what you think and feel. I feel much better now. For a minute there I thought I was going to have to check myself into the nearest hospital room. I can now wait for shicks wonderful and long overdue reunion.

Nick will eventually get back with his beautiful young ex-wife and their son and little baby girl will live together forever.

Always glad to help a fellow Shick lover. I'll admit that these s/l's do make us all feel sick, but no doubt in my mind that Shick is the end result. No way they could help it.

Ahahahaha! I knew the writers would need some "filler" while SC was pregnant. I started suspecting when Nick wouldn't be on top of Sharon (excuse the expression) during their love making scenes...he seemed to leave some distance between his torso and her stomach...hmmm. Well the gorgeous SC didn't need a pregnancy to make her glow; she's always been like a ray of light in every scene. She's just beautiful.

You know, when you think about it, Shick is the leading super couple of this show (Nikki and Victor still hold the crown for this show, despite all the venom Victor has spewed at Nikki in recent years). So why would the writers have their grand reunion at the outset of summer - the beginning of every's soap's seasonally lowest ratings? Less people watch in the summer, that's a fact, so I believe they knew they would save Shick's glorious grand reunion for the time it counts the most: Fall Sweeps! Yeeeeeeeha!!!

Shick is so special they wouldn't have them reunite fully in that flim-flam way during the summer - no way!! History proves that when Shick reunited after major trauma, it was done so beautifully. None of this knee-jerk reaction nonsense we see Nick going on with recently. Their brief reunion earlier was just to set the stage for later (e.g. Nick finding out Sharon is pregnant, realizing he really wants to spend the rest of his life with "the love of his life", thinking it's the baby "Faith" Cassie told him about, them looking at new homes, ) I don't buy the contrived plot point they used to temporarily separate them (Sharon's lie out of left field ), but if SC is really pregnant, they wouldn't have her having all these love-making scenes with JM, cuz hot, passionate love making scenes is Shick's specialty (it would be too squidgy I think for SC, I think. It worked for Ameile Heinle because she was really with her husband Thad/JT on screen too!).

But no question that Sharon and Nick are going to reunite, and reunite BIG! Everything that's gonna happen until then is pathetic filler during the sluggish summer until the real deal: the passionate, sexy Shick! And soon we can rejoice with these soulmates over their little Shicklette Faith!! Shick rocks!! And on that note, I'm going to watch a movie "Two Lovers" (with Joaquin Phoenix) - how appropriate. Hee! Night all - and keep on keeping the "Faith"!!

I don't think that Phyllis and Jack go together at all. In fact, that ship has sailed, been there done that. Nick is going to realize just how much in love he really is with Phyllis and he is going to ask her to marry him again. They go together. They are great together and they love each other. Jack and Phyllis and Summer being Jack's is just a pipe dream Sharon fans want to get rid of Phyllis from Nick. It isn't happening, but Sharon's kid could very well turn out to be Jack's after all

I read the ratings are very low for Y&R....well writers start telling a story that is what your viewers always wanted. Bring together again the most deliciously young and beautiful twosome Nick and Sharon and watch it the ratings will get so good it will blow you away. Shick all the way....

Hey Shick Fans don't know if you saw the Venom this morning of 6/27/09 ML5 was disgusting about Sharon, Candace Closed around 7ish CT, I am a diehard Sharon fan and I luv her with Nick so I tune in when she is on screen no matter what, but as much as I am not a phick fan I would never go into the disgusting dialouge on her character that I saw with sharon this moringing it was actually kind of scary in a stalker kind of way. I use names like slutsville usa and Trick when talking about her but wishing she was abuse by men and all this is horrible. Not trying to be funny but this morning was very telling about what kind of people support her on the show.

Evil begets evil...no surprise to me at all.

So, our beautiful Shick is the endgame, no surprise there either. But Shick fans, don't be fooled and don't be complacent. There is a lot of effort being made to have the writers turn the tide and have Sharon's baby actually turn out to be Jack's instead of Nick's (MJ having switched the tests results before Sharon got them ). That's where these "speculations" are really coming from. Some don't want Faith to be Nick's because of what that would mean...Nick would be with Sharon in a shot. He knows Sharon is the love of his life, and always will be. Did he not say that raising a family with her was "the best time of [his] life"?. The writing is on the wall for those who know the history and see the bigger picture.

Sharon and Nick are the true soulmates, the true supercouple of this show with 10 years of drama, passion, raising a family, love, betrayals, forgiveness, redemption and off-the-charts natural chemistry to back them up. Sharon and Nick - unbeatable.
