My girls are fine....my lil girl is on track break for a whole month, which works out b/c her b'day is on Oct. 15th....  Plus I only have to worry about bring one child to & from school...gives me a lil break myself! Yeah, I was on fire!! What is a track break?! Wow, she's at home for a whole month!! Lucky her and lucky mommy!! Track break is for year round schools. They changed her 'traditional' school this year to year round. There are 5 different tracks, 1-5. Which means each one has different break times. For Holidays..like fall break, winter, holidays, spring...so on....So for her first track break she has Oct 6-Nov 5th off. Which is great b/c she is off for her b'day & Halloween. They all have holiday break but they may just have that particular weekend off...Only thing i dont like, is that my older daughter is in a traditional school, so they dont have the same times off...  Thanks for the specifics, I was lost!!

Greece i got the idea of going there from the movie.. The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants ... And Italy, I've just alwayz wished I lived there! Me too!! My daughter and I just watched The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants - we were drooling over the scenery in Greece! Once our little ones are bigger, we'll have to plan a girl trip. Did u see Part 2?? We went to see it as soon as it came out! And there was the beautiful Greece some more! Those 4 girls have great chemistry! Itz like they are truly bff's! America Ferrera is great - I remember watching her in a movie (forgot the name) but it was way before Ugly Betty even came out - she was great in that too! We haven't seen part 2 - I wanted to go see it, but my daughter is 14 and wouldn't go to the theater with me, in case her friends saw her! LOL! We'll have to sneak into a midnight showing or wait for the DVD! Funny, she has no problem going to the mall with me.....LMAO! Awwwww I hope when my daughters get older they wont dare do that to me - i will cry! - I can understand that tho, thinking back when i was a teen... But i guess i dont wanna think about my girls growing up & not wanting to be seen with me! LMAO! I know if u liked the first one, u will love the second one. I did alot of 'awwwing, oooohing, sighing, sniff-sniffing, giggling'. These types of movies always leave me smiling when its over....As soon as u see it, let me know how u liked it! Hehee - my daughter and I are very close, but going to the movies with me one-on-one just isn't cool now! If I had a friend, and she had a friend, she would do it! LOL! Oh, I'm like that when I watch those movies too! I'll definitely let you know what I think of it - all of the girls were amazing in the first one! |
