Hey all yu fine folk~~~~ do I have a treat 4 U 2day. My hubby made this massive black forest cake for the church cake baking contest. He soaked the layers in cherry brandy. Then he used cherry brandy for flavoring in the whipped cream. oooooooooooeeeeeeeeee. The cake didn't win any prizes re. the judges were the more strait laced amongst the elders~~~~~but the word was out and the men lining up for a slice spoke for itself.
Sooooooooo~~~ I snagged a quarter of it~~~~~ and you're welcome to give it a try.~~~~~I'm high just from the fumes~~
